"The service was terrible and the food was ok, not worth what we spent. If you want good hibachi go to Benihan. That is just my opinion as we have been going to Benihana for years but we couldn't get a reservation that night. Hope this helps'"

"The quality has gone down. My wife orders the sunomono salad every time we dine here and the chef prepared something completely different. Maybe there is a new chef but we don't know if we will return or not."

"We went for my friends birthday and even though it was 9pm and only 3 in our group they did a wonderful job making sure to keep us entertained and laughing the whole time. Food was excellent and atmosphere was nice, service was outstanding and honestly it was my favorite hibachi grill out of all the ones I have been to. Love it and can't wait to go back!!!"

"This was our first time at the restaurant. It was very cold.... our table was somewhat close to an alternate entrance to the restaurant just off the street level patio with lots of glass and people entering the restaurant through the additional entrance.....
Really need a heater or use some type of wind barrier. We could barely enjoy the meal because we were freezing. I ordered hot tea to try to warm up but I really wanted to put on my coat and gloves....."

"Terrible. Absolutely terrible. We used to frequent this restaurant once a month until we moved a year ago. Service was always a challenge, but the food was great and there was reasonable value. While back in town on business, expected the same experiences as the past. Instead, we found higher prices (20-25% across the board, along with new add on charges such as fried rice), smaller portions (salads, sake, meats) and significantly lower quality (sushi fish, meats, sauces).
Either they are under new management or they hired a consultant to maximize their margins by pulling all 3 levers (price, quantity, quality). What's shocking is that management clearly does not care about repeat customers / long term success."

"We have gone to Hibashi many times and it has gradually gone down hill each time. This last time was the worst. The server didn't get the appetizer out until half way through the meal, we specifically asked that our fried rice be put in bowls instead of on the plate and there weren't any bowls. They had to take my plate and transfer the rice to a bowl, then they brought more bowls out. The rice was lacking in much color, it only had rice chicken pieces and egg, they left out the orange and green components. Needless to say we will not be going back there again!"

"The food was OK, but not outstanding. Chef at the Habashi Grill was entertaining especially for young children. For the quality of the food, it was expensive. I am not as sushi fan and as I understand it, that is their best quality, however, I cannot comment on that."

"I made a reservation for 7 pm, for 4 people. We didnt get seated until 7:40. We immediately ordered drinks, the waitress never came back to our table. We never got served. There was only one hibachi chef and the entire restaurant was packed. We got up and left at 8:10. Having never been served. Over an hour of waiting and NOTHING. This place is horrible. Worst restaurant service I have ever experienced. I can't comment on the food or drinks because we never received anything. Luckily, our friend who's birthday it was, was a good sport and we ate somewhere else on the way home. We also waited outside on the valet who never showed up for an additional 10 minutes. I finally just opened the valet cabinet and dug for my keys and left."

"When we arrived we were immediately informed that the hibachi tables were backed up and full and it would be a very long time (hours) before we would be served, they only had one hibachi chef working. So we agreed to sit at a regular table and not the hibachi grill because we didn't want to be there all night.
Our waitress was extremely overwhelmed and busy so we didn't see her much and the AC vent was blowing cold air on us all night (it's was a semi cold night in Feb). The food was great though but we were super disappointed that with a reservation we weren't able to get the experience we thought we had signed up for."

"Great sushi and reasonable pricing. Food presentation was a pleasant surprise. It was fairly dead when we were there, which did not help the ambiance though we could hold a conversation.
The grill offerings looks equally interesting but we did not order any of them, perhaps on our next visit."
