Tiki's Grill & Bar
A hip, open-air restaurant with a retro South Pacific design and experience, Tiki's Grill & Bar features a menu highlighting the flavors of the islands prepared in an open exhibition kitchen. The restaurant appeals to residents and visitors alike and draws the late-night crowd with live contemporary Hawaiian entertainment every evening. Tiki's Grill & Bar provides a casual American and Pacific-Rim menu with flavors of the islands, using fresh local produce. Tiki’s offers lanai seating with beautiful sunsets on Kuhio Beach. Established in October of 2002 as a family restaurant and bar, Tiki's is located on the second floor in the Aston Waikiki Beach Hotel. Lined with 13-foot tiki torches and topped with a 30-foot, red-glowing volcano, capping the outside bar area. Free Valet Parking.

"Took my family here for mother's day brunch...didn't have to wait long for a table...The food was ok, wish there were more options...There was a long line for the crab legs. They should've brought out more than just one pan at a time...it was the obvious that it would be the most popular item on the food line... overall it was ok, the mother and son entertainment was awesome!!!!"

"I booked a reservation for the mothers day brunch for my family and I, a party of 4. Upon arrival we were running a few minutes late. So I called 5 minutes prior to our actual reservation time to let them know that we are in the area fighting the line of traffic. We arrived about 5 minutes past our reservation time. I told the hostess we had a reservation. Long story short she sits us outside of the restaurant, and tells me dad some story that all the seats are taken! How so, when we made reservations & she told me on the phone she would hold our table. I don't understand how she let walk ins sit inside the restaurant & had us sitting outside. Food was okay, omelets were runny, but french Toast was good. Nathan was a great waiter though!"

"Service was very delayed at this restaurant. The place was only 1/4 full when we arrived and seated my wife and I. We had the prime rib special which was delicious. The drinks we ordered upon sitting at our table took 30 minutes to arrive...but they provided us with plenty of water. The waitress bought us a complementary appetizer to attempt to salvage her tip and make up for the slow service. Overall 3 stars, great view of the beach but slow service!"

"This was a great find on Waikiki. Most of the restaurants in that area either don't take reservations, are super expensive, or have a very focused menu. This was good for everyone's tastes and diets in our party. And the service was spectacular. It is not a fancy place, but it was festive and very comfortable."

"The food here is good! Although, moderately on the expensive side, we left satisfied. I highly recommend the guava baby back ribs and the Miso pressure cooker pot roast. A couple of us had the special prime rib dinner and it was cooked perfectly. My cousin ordered the swordfish and he said although it was not a heavy meal, it was very flavorful. Harry was our server and he did a great job catering to us from Appetizers, drinks, to our meals."

"Tikis has been a favorite of ours since we lived on the island. It's always the first place SE go and the best place to take visitors. The chef is new. Ur the food is still impeccable. The taro bread and homemade butter is the best way to start any meal. Make sure you make a reservation to sit on the balcony; sunset is the prettiest time to go plus you get to watch tem blow the conch shell and light the torches. By far everyone's favorite restaurant and bar is tikis."

"We would not recommend this place. We walked in 8 minutes before our reservation, and were asked to have a seat and wait. While we were waiting a group of 4 came in and were told that it would be a 30 minute wait. The host staff seemed confused on how to seat people and deal with reservations. Finally we were taken to our table on the patio. There were 4 empty tables out there and several inside. Half of these remained empty during our time here. Next a waiter came and removed the candle from our table and placed it on another couples table! It took forever for our waiter to show up. By this time we had studied the menu and were ready to order. Our food arrived and we still had no drinks. This staff has no idea what customer service is"

"Great scenic location. Convenient validated parking adjacent (3 hours). Super friendly and helpful hostesses and wait staff in both the lanai/bar and dining areas. Menu selections were very exotic, almost too much so for my taste. I found myself wishing for a quality chicken Ceasar salad or other more mundane selection. However, it was all well prepared, tasty, and delivered promptly. I had ribs and my colleague had chicken. Both were excellent."

"We had a very nice time at Tiki's Grill and Bar and it is the second time in just a few weeks that we've been there. The service was outstanding again, the food was delicious and prompt, and the view of the sunset was fantastic. We made a reservation and were seated right away. "Good food at great value. Very friendly service. Initially, we got a bad table and the staff happily re-seated us to an excellent table upon request. On Wednesdays, they have a 50% discount on wines. So, we got to enjoy a bottle of French Champagne at street price. My Mahi-Mahi was excellent, and everyone else in our group of 5 enjoyed their meal also. Our waiter, Harry, was very friendly and helpful. Served our table with a smile. We will definitely return!"

"Enjoyed lunch at the famous Tiki Grill and Bar in Waikiki. Our drinks were ordered and brought to us very quick! We got the tall souvenir beer glass which was filled with ice cold beer and got to keep the glass afterwards. Great deal! Our food was tasty. Came out of the kitchen in good time. Our waitress was attentive and friendly. Great location across the street from the Beach and Zoo. Look forward to going back next time in Waikiki."

Our waiter took our order in a timely manner but then hard to get attention, had to be reminded about a drink order, and dessert at the end of the meal never came before getting the check. Assume another waiter would have done a better job, so would give this restaurant another try as the food was good and the view was great."
