"1st, the good news - we liked the atmosphere at this highly recommended stop, though it was quite noisy at times. The food was interesting, delicious & it was really fun to try a variety of tapas. The bad news - our service could not have been more uneven. 30 minutes to get a cocktail - really? And when we attempted to joke with the waiter about it, he commented "she's only one bartender behind the bar" - sorry, but in any kind of bar it's difficult to imagine if it were true, the management would not somehow pick up the pace. Food delivery was faster - actually, oddly speedy, but then our companions waited for nearly 30 minutes (again?!) for their completely empty water glasses to be refilled. We WILL try again, but with caution!"

"Had the 3-course prix fixe with wine pairing. Food was fine (in fact, sauce topping steak was fantastic). Wine was fine, although the Riesling did not pair well with the salad. I would suggest a 4-course menu to include an appetizer, which could allow patrons to experience the tapas. Only complaint was noise level and cramped feel."

"Indulge is very busy in the evenings so it was very surprising to find that there wasn't much of a Saturday lunch crowd (could have been the beautiful Colorado weather). Our waitress was attentive, knowledgeable but not overly so. You cannot go wrong ordering the cheese and charcuterie board. The selection of cheeses, meats and other little nibbles was so satisfying that we felt no need to order entree's. The triple cream brie was like butter and the espresso and lavender crusted on the outside was an eye opener.
For a relaxing and unhurried Saturday afternoon of dining I would recommend Indulge."

"Indulge has a large variety of small plates, with a nice three course menu also. The menu is very good, with several choices for appetizer and dessert, and plenty of selection for the main course. There's a good wine pairing offered as well. This was our third visit, and we ate a selection of small plates. The hummus is my husband's favorite. I appreciated the chef's willingness to work with my special diet. One warning: you must have reservations, this is a popular spot."

"The food and service last night were top quality. There is nothing else like it here in the 'burbs. It is a bit pricey but you do get a very good meal and the wine list is really great. If this restaurant were downtown, you'd pay a lot more for wine and grub. I'm very happy to find such a place here in the Ranch."

"From the wife...We enjoyed getting out to dinner during restaurant week, as we hadn't been to Indulge before. We liked the "set-up" & decor of the restaurant. We were in the room just to the right of the front door. I thought, as we were seated, that it looked good...maybe a little quieter space. However, the couple right next to us were very noisy, & when their friends arrived it was really noisy. The whole place was hopping, & I'm afraid we are just too old to enjoy all that noise. The food was good. And the service was adequate. I might give it a try again, maybe on a Monday or Tuesday evening, or brunch, but I'll never get my husband back in there. Sorry."

"This time we went to Indulge for the 5280 Restaurant Week, because their menu looked like a good deal (many of the restaurants participating in the 5280 do not have a very good deal or they just don't appeal to our tastes). It was a good deal. We both had the roasted red pepper soup, my husband had the steak fajitas and I had the gnocchi, which was pretty awesome. For dessert, my hubby had the chocolate brulee' and I had the bread pudding. The only downer was the burnt bottom of the bread pudding. Kind of a turnoff. Otherwise, food and service were great. Our waiter helped us select a bottle of wine that was fantastic. Overall, a very good experience."

"It may have been that it was during Denver Restaurant week and they were offering the $52.80 dinner for 2 special or the weather and that we were only one of 4 parties this evening, but our dinner was just very average. The rice and shrimp were overcooked in the paella and the bisque had a layer of grease on the top and was barely warm. I have been here previously and it was much better. The croissant bread pudding was very good and our service was exceptional."

"We went here on Valentine's Day. Food was good, but very overpriced for tapas. This was likely just Valentine's Day pricing. Atmosphere was a little too cramped and noisy for Valentine's Day. Tables were too close together even though the restaurant was not full. Service was friendly. All in all, I might be willing to try them again during a non-holiday, but I am in no hurry to return."
