"Food was attempting to be unique but in my opinion failed. The appetizer was the the best part of the meal. The entrees where just weird. Filet with a sweet chutney on top and mashed potatoes in a liquidy sauce. The short ribs where literally sitting in soup of broth. Not what we expected... :( Wouldn't go back for the $$$ that it cost."

"I liked the casual atmosphere and the round table that comfortably sat me and my 4 guests (very condusive for conversation). Cocktail was good. Wine list was reasonable. Looked nothing like the photo I'd seen of the exterior on the website, and was not offered outdoor dining. A guest and I ordered a lamb chop special. OK presentation, but for some mysterious reason, the chef paired deep fried kale with the dish."

"We had been given recommendations by many friends to try Zoom when we were in Park City for vacation. It was on the to-do list for our trip. It did not disappoint. Food was great and the service was perfect. We were not in a hurry so we were able to linger as long as we wanted. I have heard you have to make reservations well in advance but we were there during "mud" season so it was pretty open. I would definitely recommend."

"Not great service. Waiter stated prices for specials and then the bill came and it was more money than the waiter said. The waiter and restaurant would not honor the original price stated. The waiter told me to take it off his tip. Hostess could not be bothered to correct the situation. There are too many other excellent places to eat in Park City that I would not go back to Zoom. Why pay that much money for mediocre food and poor service and an attitude!"

"Overall, a great experience. Little warm in the joint, due to the open kitchen. But they got some windows open and managed it as the evening went on. Grilled artichoke app was one of the very best we've had, as well as the lamb chop entree. Trout was also excellent. Service was outstanding, and very professional."

"Food was delicious. Unfortunately, we were stuck upstairs in a crowded room that had a large table with noisy kids. However, our server was very nice and the food was really good so it made up for the ambiance. In fact, when we initially sat down, we decided that would be the last time we went there, but after such a nice meal, I suspect we will be back."

"Definitely worth checking out in Park City. It was a bit of a let down after Silver the night before but just need to realize that Zoom leans more towards comfort food and portions. Onion rings were the big ones which I like best. Had some very good Utah trout. They have a macaroni and cheese that runs toward the predictable in today's market."

"Based on our meal, Zoom is back on the upswing ( we dine there annually on our trip to P C and have found it variable over the years). The grilled artichoke appetizer was spectacular as we're the baby back ribs and local trout. Service was terrific. The noise was moderate - we ate in the dining room on the left - and, as we were a little on the later side and the rom was emptying, we could easily carry on a conversation. The wine by the glass selection was also nice (the pinot griggio was flavorful and not the typical watered down version of the wine you so often get."

"The food was spectacular. We decided to get a taste of different food and ordered 3 appetizers, a salad, the soup and an entree between 2 people. The butternut squash soup is AMAZING. you have to get it. Its very filling though, so I would split it if you want to try different things.. The artichokes came with this amazing pesto sauce and garlic aoili. The polenta was perfectly crisp and came with root vegetables."

"Zoom was the best dining experience during our long weekend in Park City. All 5 of us in our party thought we had the best meal in a long time. The chicken fricasse was superb, the vegetarian polenta entree was outstanding, and the baby back ribs were nothing short of phenomenal.. Even the bread was too delicious to pass up. First came a basket of delicious whole wheat baguette, followed by cheese bread. We were too stuffed to do more than share one decadently rich chocolate dessert, but we were delighted we did so. We were so enchanted with the mashed sweet potato side dish that we asked for the recipe, and to our astonishment, Chef Ernesto appeared at our table to personally deliver a printed copy. Absolutely stellar experience!"

"My friends and I loved the appetizers here and the fact that they let us byob. The beets were fresh and delicious and the polenta crostini were flavorful and unique. Entrees were good but not great. One person's burger was "average". Another described the pork chop as dry. My chicken fricasee was good but a bit salty.
The atmosphere is great- historic and modern at the same time. It was very warm inside, which didn't bother me but did make some of the gentlemen in sweaters uncomfortably hot.
I would certainly go again- I would just dress lightly and order primarily appetizers!"

"What a disappointment! Leaves of Romaine with Caesar dressing turned out to be cut up pieces of yellow Romaine with a tasteless dressing and dried up pieces of Parmesan. Iceberg wedge was no wedge - some pieces of iceberg lettuce with an okay dressing. Gnoccchi were blah with a watery so-called Bolognese sauce. The fries were good. What has happened to this place? "First, I read reviews on Yelp about the temperature in the dining room and I was still amazed at how HOT it was. 75degrees... We were borderline sweating.
Next, service was just weak. For downtown Park City in ski season, I expected something better. Our server took several minutes to greet us and wasn't really worth the wait. His busser was great and on his game with water and clearing throughout the meal.
Food- I had a wedge salad and was disappointed. The dressing was thin & lacking blue cheese crumbles- I don't want to believe it was bottled. For my main, I had the pork chop and it's huge! And was quite tasty. The currants were a nice touch.
Overall, it was a fine experience and I don't regret it, but I wanted more and wont"

"Haven't had a disaster dinner like this in awhile. We were a party of 8 and that wasn't really the problem. First, our appetizers came out at different times. Okay, sometimes this happens, so we were patient. Then, our dinners came at completely different times. So different, that the first four people served finished their meals (very salty scallops) before the second four received their dinners. We were told it was a printing problem in the kitchen and only half our order went through. Guess our table wasn't that important for anyone to notice. A table for two was seated after us and finished their meal before the second half of entrees arrived. The server did comp our appetizers and brought several desserts to appease us."

"Sadly doesn't deliver. We were excited to get a Valentines reservation however when we got there they seated us upstairs at a too large table in a storage room converted for overflow seating. Loud with large parties it was hardly a romantic setting. The hostess was adamantbit was the best she could do even though we had reservations ahead for weeks. Food was marginal at best. Waiter seemed ok but forgot the drink order twice? How hard was it to remember two drinks. Tasteless food - bad atmosphere and expensive menu with little creativity. Could not leave fast enough! Insult to injury was the incredibly rude hostess dressed to wash your car. Must be hip somewhere but with so many great choices for dining this would be an easy one to skip."

"Zoom came highly recommended by a friend, but our experience was disappointing. Ordered one of their signature dishes (short ribs) and it was ok, not great. When we sat, waiter ordered drinks right away and then we didn't see him again until our meal was done. Would have been nice to order another drink or two with our meal. We had great meals with great service at 3 other recommended restaurants in PC so we see no reason to return to Zoom."

"Requested a booth one week before dinner on Valentines at 5:45 for 4. Didn't get one. Prior experiences better...will be awhile before I return. Waiter forgot to put one dinner order in for lady. BAD."

"We had a reservation for 7:45pm on February 15th - when we arrived the entrance area was jammed with people. Hostess announced that they were running 15 minutes. We were seated about a half hour later at a table for two in the bar - our party was four. Still laughing about how anyone could think that would work. The table had been spun around - wait staff commented there was no room to put the drink menu. We refused the table - did get another table that was larger in bar area. Doubt if we will return for another dinner."

"The food was wonderful and the restaurant is very energetic. The beet salad was outstanding. We sat at the bar and the bartender was great. We had a reservation but the location of our table was not the best. It was near the stairs and right in the path of the servers coming out of the kitchen. Before I could sit down I was bumped into twice. We asked for a different table. We were told we could sit at the table near the window, but could only have the table for an hour. Fortunately the bar was available and we opted to sit there. We have dined here before and very much enjoy the food and ambience."

"The historical building was interesting with a lovely fireplace. The presentation and taste of the food was excellent. We especially enjoyed the scallop appetizer although somewhat pricey. The service was slow - 45 minutes to get our appetizer - without any bread to snack on during the wait. Our table at the window was directly over a heat vent making it uncomfortably hot at times."
