Sol Y Sombra Gastrobar, the first tapas bar on the Upper West Side, continues to innovate by fusing the old world with the new. Chef Frank Maldonado has arrived with his distinctive style offering up a classic rum bar and the best sangria on the Upper West Side. Huevos Rancheros are served up at Saturday and Sunday brunch.
