"A disappointment. The appetizers and pasta dishes were good. The risotto was ok. The expensive truffles had no flavor and added nothing to the dish. The lamb was tough, overlooked and not enjoyable at all. I would have been embarrassed to serve that dish to guests myself.
The service was good at the beginning. However it seemed that the server was busy with other dinners and forgot about us.
I would not return."

"One lapse was that they promised bread but it didn't arrive until late into the meal after we asked. The main problem was the noisy music drifting in from the lounge. Otherwise the food was outstanding as usual and service was (except for that one omission) just great."

This time there was too much activity at the table and made it difficult for family conversation. We learned that the chef was new and it maybe just a matter of time before things are a repeat of prior experiences. At these price points, things need to come up a few notches."

Good wine list but overpriced. $30 corkage fee. We would generally not bring our own wine but the prices are higher than most other comparable fine dining restaurants. Andrea has become one of our favorite restaurants for excellent food and service."

"One of the best meals we have ever eaten! Everything, from the moment we were greeted, through cocktails and the meal, to our departure, was perfectly coordinated and timed. The staff was courteous and friendly, attentive without being hovering. We chose the 4-course prix fixe ($95) and it was delicious! Substitutions were requested, and they were accommodated without the blink of an eye.
The atmosphere was elegant without being stuffy. Noise level was quiet, although being a Tuesday night could explain that.

"After all these years of me coming here, Andrea is still the best Italian restaurant in America. At least in my books. The consistency of both food quality and service standard is laudable. "We enjoyed the evening. The menue is limited with nothing really over the top.
Service was ok, with lots of people running around. The booths are very confortable.
The loung music was a treat. It is not a place one would go on a frequent basis."
