"overpriced and not impressed. Started with a salad that was definitely overpriced with greens and little pieces of blue cheese and raisins and walnuts. Not much for the price. Girlfriend had stuffed chicken with artichokes and fontina cheese. Wasn't that tast'y. I had hangar steak that I was not impressed with. A bit tough. and not to flavorful either"

"We had a special, Veal Chop. Normally we love this restaurant and cannot find fault with anything. The chop was expensive, difficult to cut through and full of grizzle. Hard to chew. We would not recommend ordering this item. The wine list is somewhat limited."

"We reallyenjoyed the casual feel of the restaurant right in the middle of the casino. The booth we sat in was great, allowing both of us to look out at the casino and enjoy the activity while dining. The food was delicious and moderately priced considering the setting. The crab cake was amazing as was the Fra Diavlo and seared tuna! The service could have been a bit better; we saw managers asking guests how the food was but nobody stopped by our table. Also, we saw others around us getting their food much more quickly then ours.....perhaps it was purposeful on the part of our server allowing ample time between courses....not exactly sure why. All in all, it was a great meal and would recommend it and go back again."

"Fantastic place for a casino restaurant. Quite, cozy. Tables are a little close but it keeps with the Italian atmosphere. If you want more romantic, be sure to ask for the general seating area and not the bar area with the higher smaller tables. This area is noisy crowded and near the bar and casino floor, unless you like that. Fast service. Great menu."

"The atmosphere was enjoyable. We had a cozy table against the wall that had a nice view of the restaurant. I chose the fradiavolo but didn"t care for the texture of the pasta although the seafood was good.Love crab but couldn't recall actually tasting it.The shrimp were a nice size. Calamari was delicious although we would of liked a dipping sauce instead of a little drizzle over the top. My husband had veal parm and said it was good but he's had better.We went because we had $25 towards our meal although it still cost us a good amount more.For the amount of our bill I wished I enjoyed the food more than I did although maybe we would try it again."

"This location seems to cater more to groups. They did not have a few of the items available on the menu the last 2 times we ate there. Both times they were out of scallops and fish and the alternate suggestion by the waitress was not very good. We used to like to go here but have been pretty disappointed lately."

"This was our first time at the Rustic Kitchen, as well as the Mohegan Sun Casino. We thought the restaurant was very inviting, and sharply decorated. We had 2 great Martinis at a reasonable price considering being in the casino ($10.00 each) and the food was outstanding. My husband had Filet Mignon which he loved, and I had Seafood Fra Diavolo which was spicy, but not so much so that you couldn't enjoy it. It had lobster meat, shrimp and scallops over a great pasta. I do not like mussels, so they gave me more lobster meat. The service was great, very efficient. We had a rather large table tucked away in the back of the restaurant which was very private. We were celebrating our 21st Wedding Anniv., so this was a great experience!"

"I've been to restaurants up and down the east coast. This place knows what they are doing. The food is great as well as the service. This is my fourth or fifth time here and I have never been disappointed. The portions are perfectly sized and the food is always tasty and fresh. I don't think you'll find anyplace better in this area. But, make reservations, it's usually busy in the evenings. The lunch menu is also very good!"

"One of the best restaurants in the area hands down. Prompt and super friendly wait staff. Manager checked with us each course to make sure we were satisfied. Superb wine list. Great atmosphere and ambiance. Steaks were fantastic. Enjoyed them more than steaks I've had at Ruth Chris or at the Wynn hotel in Las Vegas. We will be frequent visitors here. "I had planned a date night with my husband and will do it again for this restaurant. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was excellent and the quantity of specials was amazing. We started off with the crab cake appetizer which sat on a bed of artichoke hearts, red onions and roasted red peppers. I had the seafood ravioli special Today was cooked to perfection and my husband had a normal menu item of shrimp spaghettini that he is happy to know he can get again and again. Overall, it was a great evening and atmosphere for date night."

Tuna steak was done perfectly, scallops delicious; better than the local restaurants that "specialize" in seafood. Risotto that was paired w/scallops a little bland but that wasn't an issue for me (since the risotto wasn't going to be eaten as a main course)."

"My girlfriend and I have had three great experiences at Rustic Kitchen. The spring rolls as an appetizer and tuna as an entree are both fantastic. The service was exceptional each time. If you visit on Friday night, there is a cooking show filmed live as you eat dinner. I highly recommend this to anyone who visits Mohegan Sun in Wilkes-Berre PA."

"Great small place with great ambiance and service. Only about 10 tables in this restraunt and was full when we got there. Had reservation and had to wait a bit but worth the wait as the food was great and priced very well for the quality and quantity you got. If your looking for a scene or large crowd this is not the place but one of the best Italian restaraunts I have ever experienced and one of my favorite spots to eat in New Orleans for sure. Romantic spot as well.......go you will enjoy it"
