"Great service. Great food. Brought my Mom for a pre-Mother's Day dinner, only to find out they had run out of live Maine lobster (her favorite)! Otherwise, everything was really good. We enjoyed the excellent food and service."

"The food, as usual was, fantastic. I had the stuffed chicken meal, my husband had the filet. The service, unfortunately, was just fair. We had a long wait time between the salad, dinner and dessert. We asked for A1 steak sauce and it took over 5 minutes until it got to our table; thanks to the manager on duty that night. Our waitress also dropped one of our drinks as she was serving them. Hopefully we will never have that bad of service when we go back."

"Our wait staff was wonderful and very accommodating. - Thank you to Kenneth and Oscar. Stuffed mushroom appetizer seemed a little underdone and presentation was flat. Chopped salad was to die for. Strip steak was full of flavor, but the filet was a little tough - I expect to have it almost fork tender. Sides were good.

Somehow the visit fell short of my expectations. Don't know if that is because we have had such a wonderful experience in the past or if others in town are now surpassing Ruth Chris. All I know is that Ruth Chris won't be top on my local list."

"I chose Ruth's Chris since I enjoy the food at the Beverly Hills & Woodland Hills location but I am sad to say that the dining experience from the Fresno location was rather disappointing. First the service, the waitress that was assigned to our table was not very attentive, we had ordered appetizers & she forgot to place the order. Second, she probably came to our table 3 time thru the whole course of the meal. We had to ask different servers for water, and even for clean utensils!! Dissapointed is an understatement for the quality of service & lack of manager not available to let our concerns known was an even dissapointment! The servers said that No manager was available and to just call during the day."
