"This was our first time at Capital Grille and it was beyond amazing! We informed Capital Grille that we would be celebrating our 1st Anniversary and they went all out! Complimentary champagne,decorations on the table,picture to capture our evening, wonderful dessert, and a rose to top things off! We felt very special and the service and delectable food was the cherry on top! Our server was very knowledgable and attentive. She helped us every step of the way with wine pairings and our menu! There is not a better restaurant we could have chosen to celebrate our anniversary! Highly recommend this place for a wonderful and romantic evening out!"

"We celebrated my husband's 50th Birthday this week and it was a memorable and beautiful evening! It was raining out and one of our friends forgot to bring the gift inside. The waitress Immediately asked for their valet ticket and went out to retrieve the gift, we had a private room in the Board Room and it was perfect. Definitely a great place to celebrate!!"

"We've visited several CG's around the country & had previously been less than impressed with one of our visits to the Naples restaurant. We'd had a previous positive experience when we sat at a corner table in the bar, but our only previous experience in the dining room was disappointing, mainly because the service wasn't quite up to our expectations, and because we didn't like our table location. This time, however, we were treated very well by the hostess & one of the managers. We were seated at a better table, and our server was very nice and friendly. We had the CG experience we'd come to expect from other locations, and we'll definitely be coming back. Hopefully our one previous not-so-good experience turns out to be the exception!"

"We heard we wouldn't be disappointed on a Capital Grille splurge. Never being disappointed at Peter Luger's and admittedly prejudiced, we tried it. Ambience warm, server seemed OK until she opened the wine dropped the cork on the floor, & put cork on the table. Ugh! Caesar & wine good. Looked forward to Porterhouse medium rare. My non-complaining husband alerted the server the meat was more like well done. Mine too! Veggies sat. All sorry - replacements would be perfect. Wrong! Mine still overlooked, hubbies closer and both had ZERO flavor - tasted like steamed meat. Ate a couple of bites bagged the rest. Sandwiches?? The fact that we haven't done that speaks volumes. What a disappointing waste of our hard earned money."

"Our server did not listen well. When I ordered a bottle of sparkling water ( I cannot drink tap water - medical reasons) I had to ask him twice to bring it - whereas the wine came out right away.
Both of us ladies ordered the sliced fillet, medium - mine turned out fine and hers was way overcooked. Then she had to sit there and watch us eat!
The pictures were very nice and so was dessert.

"Capital Grille in Naples is one of our favorite places for special lunches. The service is first glass white glove all the way, the food is as good as can be and we simply feel special every time we go. Yesterday my husband had the filet mignon special for $19 and he could not have been happier. I had the bronzini fish with salad and veggies and it was exquisitely cooked and so lovely I hated for lunch to end. Run, do not walk, to the Capital Grille. You will not be disappointed - we promise you."

"Unfortunately, our wonderful dining experience was damaged for two distinct reasons. FIrst, people came dressed extremely casually....tee shirts and jeans. This significantly dropped the ambiance of the restaurant. Second, the same patrons that were dressed very casually also were extremely loud. Sometimes it got so loud that we could barely hear each other talk across our table. Our food was very good and the service was very good. The noise and shouting from adjacent tables was upsetting and rude. No one made any attempt to quiet the noise level. We were celebrating a special birthday. Next year, we will probably go to Fleming's for our celebration dinner."

"Once again we planned a birthday lunch at Capital Grille but this time it was for 8 of us. We specifically asked to be seated in Bar area. Every detail was first class from a decorated table, a free champagne toast, a group picture, a gorgeous dessert plate with the words HAPPY BIRTHDAY for the b-day girl and a long stem red rose for each of us at departure. The best part was the fabulous food we all had for lunch. We had a variety of dishes and everyone loved what they ordered. First class all the way. Can't wait to go back."

"The service is always exemplary and the food is spot on. As is typical in Naples they are gentle with the salt on the steaks. This allows the steaks to maintain more of their natural moisture and provides you the opportunity to salt to taste."

"It is really impossible to go wrong at a Capital Grille. My highest compliment is that you really would not know it is a chain (and a Darden's one at that). The service is always first rate, as it was on this occasion, and the food is consistently very good to excellent. (Not to mention the best calamari on the planet.) That said, I do have to note that on this visit, two of our three filets had a little gristle that should not have been there -- a very rare lapse. Still, this is one of my go-to places when I don't want to have the slightest worry about the food and service, and want to be sure my companions will go away happy."

"I always find Capital Grille to be notable. Excellent steaks and specials,a huge wine
list, efficient service and relaxing decor. Our group of 7 male golfers enjoyed a
season ending splurge with a variety of meat cuts and sides as well as 4 bottles of
wine. Of course the bill was four figures, but it was worth it for the relaxed

"Our favorite place for celebrating birthdays and anniversaries. Let them know when you make and invitation and you'll be greeted with personal congratulations, a festive table, a complimentary champagne toast, a photo of the celebration, and special dessert! Not to mention the food is wonderful and the service is too. It really makes for a special occasion. I snapped a photo of our "Happy Anniversary" dessert and posted it on Facebook to give back a little to Capital Grill - 18 "likes" and comments from friends!"

"What's not to like. It was a great dining experience. The staff was efficent and friendly, and the food was prepared to perfection. I had a Sea Bass, my husband the Porterhouse with Balsamic. His only complaint was the steak was so big, but I noticed he finished every morsel, and I had no complaints at all.
Can't wait to return"
