The Atlanta Grill offers grilled steaks, chops and seafood as well as Southern-inspired cuisine in a club-like, warm atmosphere. Large murals commissioned just for Atlanta Grill grace the walls of the restaurant & bar. The restaurant is also home to one of the city's most entertaining displays of vintage photographs featuring daily downtown life & various local leaders & celebrities. The popular "Cheater's Booth" accommodates five in an intimate table setting with privacy draperies. Seasonal seating is available on the veranda overlooking famous Peachtree Street. The Atlanta Grill received the prestigious AAA Four Diamond Award and top rankings in the Zagat Survey. The Atlanta Grill is located in The Ritz-Carlton, Atlanta downtown at the corner of Peachtree & Ellis streets, within easy walking distance of many of the downtown hotels & the major office buildings.

"The chef came up with a new menu featuring smokehouse items and it is really the best in town! Be sure to have the sommelier, Silvio, recommend a bottle of wine. He is a master. Or, you can even pair beers with the smokehouse menu. All great!"

"The restaurant was very nice. I was at a conference and dining alone that evening, but felt very welcomed. I enjoyed my meal -- the She Crab Soup was very nice and would recommend the shrimp with tomato grits; however, the highlight of the meal was the bananas foster cheesecake with the recommended muscat dessert wine. I was able to relax, dine and enjoy my book without being rushed (or ignored). I would return to this restaurant next time I'm in Atlanta."

"I selected Atlanta Grill four our lunch meeting for a couple reasons; 1) location, and 2) had read some good reviews specifically about good lunch. I will say that the food was good, and definitely a nice lunch menu, and I would say a fairly reasonable price for the type of restaurant and location in the Ritz-Carlton. The part that stood out however was the sub-par service. In my opinion, patrons shouldn't be having to hand plates back and forth to the waiters, nor should we be having to squeeze our plates together and make room on a cramp table because the waiters/kitchen can't time things correctly...that is something that I wouldn't be surprised of at lesser restaurants, but was quite surprised of here."

"The food and ambianace was excellent. Very filling as well. All the sides were al a carte. The service was top notch, as to be expected from the Ritz Carlton. The only thing though, is that we would have liked to have been seated in one of their popular "Cheaters Booths", but it seems like you need to request that booth at the time you make your reservation."

"We went here to celebrate New Year's Eve. The restaurant is part of the Ritz-Carlton downtown. We stayed at the hotel and had a 9:00 p.m. reservation. The food and service was outstanding. There was a wine-pairing with the dinner and we took advantage of that as well. I would highly recommend this restaurant."

"We went for Christmas Brunch with 2 adults, 2 10 year old boys and a 6 month old baby and it was WONDERFUL! The children were treated very well and all staff were very down to Earth with them. The brunch was held in the ballroom and was beautifully decorated for Christmas. The presentation of the food was also beautifully done, with stations spread out for ease of access and limited lines. There were many "tapas" style plates with a huge variety. I will say that not all of the items fared well being on a buffet (there was a seared trout with grits and the trout was not very good and the grits were congealed). For a buffet, the food was very good quality overall. They even had a band performing Christmas songs which was a nice touch!"

"This Place is my new favorite my wife and i were celebrating our second anniversary this make it all the more memorable. starting with Valet they were very attentive they even parked my vehicle up top so once we came out there was no wait we just got in and drove off. Once inside the staff was friendly. Once we got to the maitre d' they immedeatly and checked in our server was there waiting on us to show us the table. We got to the table and my wife was all smiles there was rose petals spreaded across the table. The food was well portioned and cook well all in all the experience was unforgetable definatley will return!"

"I hosted our office Christmas Dinner, a party of eight. We spent a very enjoyable hour at the bar, were seated according to our schedule, and the food and service was exceptional. The waiter was helpful in explaining menu items and his recommendation of the featured dish that night was spot on and memorable (Filet Oscar). The sommelier was professional, knowledgeable and made wine selection enjoyable.
Overall a wonderful experience and well worth the premium price."

"What a great and memorable dinning experience. Could not have had a better choice. My wife had originally scheduled us at he Marietta Conference Center for dinner but the meal was more of a brunch. I decided to take matters into my own hands and began researching on the web for places that serve Thanksgiving dinner. My father was in from Minneapolis and I was looking for a good dinner as well as dining experience. Walla! The Atlanta grill was fabulous. Soft quartet playing in the background, good food and our serve Alex was phenomenal. During the course of the dinning experience my camera batteries ran out. "My husband and I enjoyed a lovely Thanksgiving meal at Atlanta Grill. The food and service were superb. It's a hotel restaurant, but it doesn't have a hotel restaurant feel. We found ourselves wishing we could spend the night because everyone we ran into, from the valet parking attendants to the lady at the front desk who gave us directions, was very friendly and service oriented. We would gladly dine there again. Hopefully next time, we'll get a room so we can fully enjoy the beautiful bar area."
