"Not crowded for a Saturday night; a few booths occupied by couples and a large party of about 12. The waiter explained the Prime Rib special, but couldn't give us a menu insert because there were none left. He suggested the $12 glass of cabernet which complemented the prime rib, which we both decided to try. Here's the problem...he never brought it to the table. We had to flag another waiter to bring us our wine and we were both half-way through our dinner. Our food was good, service was prompt (except for the wine situation), but it was very cold. A constant draft was blowing overhead. I asked about it, but nothing changed. I might go back, but with so many different restaurants in the area, I would try another one first."

"I have been to The Radnor Hotel and The Glenmorgan many times. It never disappoints. I take colleagues there for lunch, friends and family for dinner, have had corporate holiday parties there, and now I have introduced my grandson to the fabulous brunch. It was wonderful. Lots of food, lots of children, and of course, the Easter Bunny!"

"Went on a business lunch meeting around 1PM after their lunch rush. The restaurant had emptied out save for a few tables. Hostess and wait staff very friendly and accommodating but our food took over 45 minutes to be served and a table that was sat after us was served before us. The server asked if we wanted to order soup and blamed the wait on my one broiled crab cake sandwich... Once we received our food, we didn't see the server again until we had to seek her out for the bill... And we did disclose when the food was taking so long that we were in a time crunch... Total lunch took about an hour and a half; not very efficient for an empty restaurant."

"The restaurant was not very busy initially but the tables were very crushed together. Food and service were OK - not great but after 8pm the place got so noisy that we couldn't even talk to each other around the table - loud groups and the next table might as well have been shouting in our ears. We asked to be moved to the bar where it was actually much quieter and more pleasant. Wouldn't go here again."

"We met friends here for a quiet get together and left with good feelings about the experience. It is a very convenient location with pleanty of parking. The wait staff were attentive and patient as we talked rather than decide on a menu selection right away. While our food was delivered in a timely fashion we never felt rushed. The atmosphere was very comfortable and welcoming. The portions were good and the meals were enjoyed by everyone on the pary. Thank you."
