Legal Sea Foods - White Plains
The signature dish at Legal Sea Foods – really fresh fish. Our restaurant is located in the heart of downtown White Plains because we know that Westchester residents love seafood. Legal Sea Foods is located on the ground floor of the City Center complex. Our validation will net you complimentary self-parking for up to 3 hours in the City Center Garage attached to us. Guests may choose to eat in our dining room or make waves in our lounge. Our patio seats are a popular lure for those who choose the fresh seafood and fresh air combo. Legal Sea Foods has long proven that a consistent, high quality dining experience never goes out of style. With over 40 varieties of fresh fish and shellfish available throughout the year as well as an award-winning wine list, there’s no doubt why legions of fans have fallen hook, line and sinker. "Whats not to love. The menu had plenty of choices for everyone's taste. The service was great and the waiter had plenty of suggestions to help us select a variety of items to please us all. We will definitely be going back again. It was a last minute decision to go out to dinner of Father's Day and no one was dissappointed."

"My wife is always very specific, do not crack lobster, they cracked the lobster. So she sent it back and of course that throws off the flow of the meal. I am quite sure the chef did not listen to the waitress.

"We're definitely not fans of chains and the decor is a little generic, but the food was very solid - the clam chowder is quite well-known and really is top-notch. Tuna was good, crabcake combo was nice and the desert was good. Wine list reasonably priced and well-curated. We'd go again if we're in the area"

"I have never written a review before but I feel that I should do it this time. This was my birthday dinner party with my family. I made resavations just to make sure that the wait would be minimum. I was pleased with the wait and the services we received. But once we were seated that is where it went down hill. First let me tell you that five out of six guests ordered shrimps with fries and to wait an hour. This is unexcpital. To wait that long was unthinkable. The waitress seemed uninterested and some what bothered. We needed water and was told to ask anyone that we see if she is not around. The food was ok but how could you get fried shrimps and fries wrong. Just to let you know the fries were very salty. I would not go back"

"Dined here on a Monday night-very quiet and enjoyable! I took advantage of Restauarant week specials and had an excellent 3 course meal for $30. I expected the entree to be really small however it was 4 huge shrimp stuffed w crab & lobster meat-fantastic! No plate on our table went back with so much as the tiniest morsel of food on it! And although I would NEVER order Boston cream pie, I'm very glad I listened to our waiter! Can't wait to have it again! The manager was very kind and brought over a complimentary plate of Bon bons. A memorable and delicious evening!"

"Have eaten here many times and have always been pleased. However, this last experience was not pleasant. The service was terrible. It took an hour to get our appetizers.....and it was not busy...6pm on Sunday. The waiter was not satisfactory. Management did stop by the table. Had to ask for steak knife (someone ordered steak), had to ask for soup spoon, sugar for coffee. Big wait for first course after appetizers. As for the food, I have had better. All in all it was a very disappointing experience. Will wait awhile before visiting again."

"The food as always was well prepared. The server seemed a bit scattered, she asked if we wanted refills on the iced tea, took away the glasses and forgot all about bringing anything back. Then announced you will have dessert. Yes it was free 3 ice-cream balls, but we would have preferred the ice tea. Still we'll be back"
