"The ambiance was better than I expected as the online photo was limiting. The brunch options were immense, everything was fresh and tasty. The hostess staff was excellent as was the wait staff. We were given a private dining room that we didn't even request but, was most appreciated as we had three children. The views were beautiful as well. We would definitely go back again!"

"We made reservations for Saturday lunch at this restaurant based on the reviews. Even though this is technically a hotel restaurant, we expected it to be a notch above most hotel restaurants since it is a Hilton Hotel located in the Wine County. While the outside seating area is quite nice and has an expansive view of Santa Rosa, the food was underwhelming. Our server was pleasant, but the pace was VERY slow. I'd say come back just for drinks on the patio, but our Mar-Tea-Ni's didn't seem to have any alcohol in them. Don't think we'll be going back for meals or drinks."

"The service was awesome and the view can't be beat, our appetizer was delicious, and i loved my dinner (almond crusted dover sole). my husband had the kobe beef meatloaf and it was dry (no gravy) and a little bland. We had our rehearsal dinner at Nectar 4 years earlier and returned for our anniversary. However, something from from the meal didn't agree with me and I'm a little leary about returning for dinner. But, their patio is amazing and they have a wonderful happy hour and I would definately return for that."

"The food was excellent and our server was top notch. We also were seated at a very nice window table for two. The only negative was pretty much beyond Nectar's control. The party of 4 seated next to us was pretty loud, diminishing an otherwise superb experience."

On the down side - The food was very mediocre, particularly for the cost. Lovely view, and a great space outside to eat, but I can't say I'd return there."

"We attended Nectar for Restaurant Week - and boy were we pleasantly surprised! From the Hostesses greeting to the last bite of dessert the experience was perfection. The set menu was absolutely delicious and our server, Lizzie, was fabulous (she really made the meal!). They were very accommodating with our little one (water cup with a straw was brought even before we requested one) - and we received a free pour for booking through Open Table. Would definitely recommend Nectar, and I would plan my meal around when Lizzie was working!"

"This is, by far, the best 'special occasion' brunch in the North Bay. I'm pretty sure over the last few years I've tried about all of them. The restaurant was full - but it wasn't crowded. The food was excellent. There was a great selection but it wasn't overwhelming...which was nice because the warming trays were rotated frequently and everything was nice and fresh...no solid yolks on the Eggs B! The desert was okay...I don't think they were made there. The chocolate fountain was awesome, however. Overall, outstanding. This is my new brunch spot."

"We were staying at the hotel so chose to eat at Nectar the first night rather than search for a restaurant or drink/drive. The food was so good, we came back the second night! The Kobe beef meatloaf as well as the pork loin the first night then the filet and prime rib (nice cut and perfectly medium rare). Service was great - the restaurant manager went out of his way to ensure we had a great experiance. I would have no hesitation recommending this restaurant."

"Food was good, I would say a bit overpriced for what you get but dooable. Perfect timing between transitions the server was very atentative. The view was really nice. Definetly going back during the summer and taking friends to enjoy the great outdoor dinning. Regreat bringing my own bottle of wine since they had a great wine collection themselves."

The meatloaf was delicious - generous portion topped with large fried onion rings.
The oven brick chicken was moist and flavorful. Both entrees were served with broccolini, fingerlings, and whole baby carrots - so fresh and absolutely delicious.
