"This was a nice Italian restaurant with an extensive menu. I found that the food quality wasn't on par with my expectations based on the price of the appetizers and entrees. The calamari was excellent, Mozzarela de Bufalo great though skimpy for the price, the chicken breast entree OK but nothing marvelous, as was the mixed seafood pasta."

"Food is always great, never disappointed. Prices are very good. If your looking for good Italian food look no further. The service is always good, very courteous and polite and not overbearing. The atmosphere in carpaccio is also a reason to go, its a bit like taking a trip to little italy."

"We visited early last Friday evening after a long drive back from the Eastern shore. We were warmly welcomed by staff,enjoyed a cocktail prepared by a nice bartender and were subsequently seated at a romantic table. We enjoyed several courses of fresh , delicious,meticulously presented Italian food , professionally served by Amy and Danielle. At departure , we were graciously thanked for our patronage by the general manager,Gabi. On the ride back to Baltimore, we kept commenting how we wished this gem were closer to home. Awesome experience!"

"The food and the service were uneven. Some things were quite good and others were not. Some thing were plated nicely and others were not or came out cold. Our wait person was nice, but just wasn't on top of things and didn't pay enough attention to serving us. The gaps in between courses were way too long, and even though wait person was in our area and observed us, just didn't come by to check on us. We usually had to flag the wait person down to get what we wanted or lodge a complaint. We shouldn't have had to work so hard when paying good money to be served. Desserts, however, were excellent. All in all, for the price, I doubt we will return again and I can't highly recommend the place."

"We have been to Carpaccio twice in about a month. Some things were good, some were not, and there were problems. Food quality was uneven and so was the service. We had to wait way too long in between courses and to pay the bill, don't know where our wait person would go. Felt rather abandoned alot of the time. One evening my entree was served cold, my friend's risotto was way undercooked, and the white wine was definitely not well chilled. The next trip my tuscan potatoes were very tough and dry, my friend's lasagna was rather unappetizing, and my other friend's entree was not as described and presentation was sloppy. All in all, I would give Carpaccio a "sometimes good but not great," and would probably not return again."

"I really enjoyed the food. It was great to indulge in some of the classic Italian dishes I see on t.v. shows. I really enjoyed risotto a lot. The Carpaccio itself was a bit of a let down. The meat was very soft and tender, but lacked in flavor. The greens were at least drizzled with balsamic (not my personal favorite), but the very thinly sliced beef was unseasoned.
The entrees were fantastic.
Dessert was a bit of a mixed bag. I really liked the canolli. My problem was that the souflee came out more like a brownie.
All in all, I had a great time and some incredible food with just a couple mis-fires to round out the telling of the tale of my fifth anniversary."

"We sat at one of the bar tables. A private party of about 30 people were gathering in the far bar area. The people from the party were congregating behind the table, kicking our chairs, and in the way when the server was bringing our food and clearing the table. We've been to Carpaccio many times. This was the worst experience I have ever had in a restaurant of this caliber and cost. I will likely dine again at Carpaccio, but the owner/manager needs to control the bar area. Its meant for 10-15 people, not 40-50 people."

"I eat here every few months, and I love it - the food is delicious, the wait staff is always pleasant and readily available without hovering, and the atmosphere is intimate and comfortable. "The manager and host really care about their customers and the service is excellent. The menu has a variety of selections of distintively Tuscan dishes that are nicely presented in quantities that are just right. Carpaccio's is a bit noisy but that is the only possible criticism of a very nice dining experience. Most will enjoy the energy of young and enthusiastic clientel. This is not a spot for a quiet dinner for two, but it s a spot for a delicious dining experience amidst happy people enjoying a delicious meal."

"We were greated quickly and seated promptly at 6:45 for our 7:00 reservations. For a Friday night, reservations are must. The bread basket was very good and quickly refilled. The app with the garlic shrimp and white beans was good but I would rather the very garlicy Tio Pepe garlic shrimp for the same price. My Caesars salad was ok. The dressing lacked the kick that I was looking for. My guest had the Mediterranean herb salad and again the dressing was lame. But the Salmon on the Salad was very good. Overall the experience was good and the food was good for the price. I have paid a lot more for a lot less quality at other places. "Thanks to their participation in Annapolis Restaurant Week we ventured into Carpaccio Tuscan Grille for the first time. The atmosphere was perfect for a data night, the hospitality and service was outstanding, and we were still talking about the food the next day. Kevin guided us through the menu and the wine list and his recommendations and pairings were excellent. We would recommend this establishment without reservation (but you should probably make one soon)."

"Food was really good. Waitress seemed to have woken up on the wrong side Of the bed. I shouldn't feel guilty for asking for more water--but it seemed that all requests were a bother to her. And FYI--it's really obvious when the charm is only on when you bring the bill that you only care about the tip:("

"I loved this restaurant! It has a very hip atmosphere with current decor. It seemed very clean and has nice lighting - not too bright. It was very busy, but not overly noisy. Service was excellent. We loved the halibut and the risotto. Also, the grilled calamari appetizer was awesome! We will definitely be back for more!"

"Beef carpaccio was amazing! Grilled calamari was a little on the chewy side and needed a little more zest. The Chilean sea bass special was breaded too heavily which took away from the outstanding quality of the bass. The limoncello cake was the perfect finish to a meal when you want something sweet but not too rich or heavy. The espresso and cioccolato martini were perfect!"

"We have no idea of the food quality as we were there for 15 minutes without our server coming to our table at which time we left. The delay in service would have been understandable if the restaurant had been busy or we had arrived early in the dinner service. The real irritation was that a server had time to carry on a lengthy conversation with the adjacent table,which had already been served, and made no attempt to greet us."

"Brought my sister-in-law and brother-in-law there for the first time and wasn't sorry. Food was excellent - the scallop napoleon is still the star of the appetizers as far as I'm concerned! The pear martini was notable - yum. Only problem this trip was the waiter (sorry can't remember name)who appeared to be distracted while taking our order. Result was completely missing my sister's order of the fish special. Carpaccio's was classy enough to offer desserts all around and not charge for the late delivery of the dinner (as expected)- but, the waiter really was at fault and it put a bummer on the evening. I hope my in-laws will want to revisit - I'm sure we will but will be picky about who our server is!"
