"I have been to Indian Bread Bar a few times, The Indian Room once, and Amaya Express at a food court numerous times. I am quite impressed with all three places. This is a great food chain. The food was melt in your mouth. Rich flavours. My husband is Caucasian and the staff politely mentioned that the Madras curry is quite spicy. The wait staff mentioned that he told the chef to not make it as spicy. A very thoughtful gesture but it's funny because my husband takes very spicy really well. Better than what I can handle and I am South-East Asian. I love the Bread Bar but just one little thing to mention. It irked me when I saw a staff spraying the Febreeze over the tables which meant, the chemicals were landing on all the glasses and plates. We wiped down our glasses and got caught by the staff when they walked in. Other than that, we love Amaya. That's a question I have. Is Indian Bread Bar still part of the Amaya food chain? It is no longer on the website. The staff mentioned they are re-branding and he told other customers that it's still part of the chain. That doesn't explain the Amaya website..."
