Our menu is created to bring you the freshest seasonal items available presented with a creative touch. Aqua’s small plates offer you an exciting array of tastes in ‘just right” portions ideal for passing around the table or enjoying two or three as a full meal. Aqua’s Big Plates feature "North Carolina seafood served stylishly" with the freshest local seafood and Choice Beef Filet, as well as local produce when it’s seasonally available. "In a small town with a handfull of good restaurants Aqua continues to rise to the top of the list of favorite places to dine. Kim and her staff are always top shelf and the food is phenominal. The challenge I usually have is which menu item to select. Fortunately, since they not only offer the larger plates for those hearty appetites, they also offer small plates as well as delicious tapas so you can sample several different menu items. If you find yourself in Beaufort and are looking for a satisfying dining experience, head to Aqua Restaurant. If you are feeling adventurous, ask for their Ginger Martini."

"Don't come here if you are super hungry. The potions are putty bitty and quite expensive for what you get. I ordered a salad and it tasted a little strange. Very cute little place, especially outside. We tried to east outside, but told there was nothing available (even though there wad nobody sitting out there)."

"Celebrated Valentine's Day with my wife at Aqua and had another wonderful experience! We opted for the Fixed Price dinner which had 3 courses plus an Amuse-Bouche. Rather than describe the dishes, I'll just say they were all original, tasty, and creative! The menu changes frequently, with new items, although some of their signature dishes are always available. Wine list is great, with lots of variety and interesting choices. We left fully satisfied from the meal, warm service, and reasonable price. Check them out!"

"Although the special Valentine featured meal did not light our fire, we were able to order from the regular menu and found the appetizers and small plates to be just right and delicious. The jumbo lump crab cake served over tasso creamed corn was one of the best I've eaten and the tuna is always delicious there. Small plates left room for a dessert sampler of cream brulee; bananas foster and a cobbler. The vanilla bean cream brulee was the star. Thursday night $5 martinis were fine as well!"
