Located on La Brea Avenue in the heart of Los Angeles, Cube Cafe and Marketplace offers seasonally-driven regional Italian cuisine in a sleek, neighborhood casual atmosphere. Our cheese bar serves up to 85 different artisan-crafted cheeses as well as a diverse array of charcuterie, and our gourmet market carries over 1,000 rare and exclusive small-batch shelf products and refrigerated items from around the world. We judiciously shop local farmer's markets to bring our customers the best produce available, and we choose organic whenever possible. We accept reservations for parties of 7 and less in our main dining room. Please call the restaurant for reservations between 6:30pm and 9:00pm and for parties over 4.
"Would I recommend Cube? Yes I have and nobody has been disappointed. Their Cheesemongers choice flight is consistently delicious with lovely presentation. The seasonal dishes are terrific and the very reasonable corkage allows you to bring your own bottle."

"I quite liked the decor -- clean, fresh, crisp but still warm and vibrant. Servers were very personable and efficient. We really enjoyed our dishes (Black Truffle and Egg Pizza; Tagliatelli Bolognese). Nice discovery."

"The staff at Cube is always helpful in choosing wine and cheeses, so nice and friendly. They make us feel welcome like a home a way from home. Tried the Fresh Tagliatelle, very very good. Also, just had returned from a trip to Lake Como, Italy in which I felt Cube gave me a comparable tast of Italy!"

"Service was top notch! Very helpful with menu items and suggestions. I know a place has fresh produce when they serve a salad with fresh peas. It is so cool inside, the decor, the lighting. It had been a while since I'd been there and I think they renovated the inside. It's so put together and the lighting creates a wonderful mood. I loved it so much that I if I ever need a place for a private event, I would look into renting it out. (Max capacity 78 ppl)"

"Took extra long to get the server to come by to our table and service was very slow, but the food was delicious! Particularly loved the burrata appetizer."

"Overall a good experience. The food ranged from great to vaguely interesting. The pastas were overcooked and the pea tendril salad was sub-par, but overall there were good flavors and they took some chances."

"This is my 6th time visiting. I've never been for dinner before, only for lunch. The service was not great. he didn't seem to care about us. Forgot our drinks, and didn't check on us at all. My mother's meal wasn't good, and she never even was able to complain until we were completely finished. They were busy, and seemed overwhelmed. I've referred people here, and I've taken lots of people here. Doubt I will go back for dinner. The lunch crew is much nicer, and the restaurant is much more calm."

"Cube never disappoints. The food is always soooo delicious and the service is lovely. It can get a little loud in the evening, but largely that's because everyone is exclaiming over the yumminess. Simple menu where everything is super fresh and perfectly prepared. Watch out for the enormous fried chicken portion."

"Cube Cafe is a small, neighborhood restaurant with surprisingly good food. They have an amazing cheese list, an extensive Italian wine selection, and excellent housemade pastas. Not for a fancy night out, but perfect for casual occasion with creative cuisine."

"We've been to Cube quite a few times and the food is great, including a nice cheese/meat selection. This visit was notable for poor service, which leaves a bad taste no matter how good the food is. Wait staff was scarce, our waiter switched from one person to another mid-meal without announcement and for unclear reasons, table wasn't cleared well, plus other annoying things."

"I love the quality of the food, it was excellent. Starting off with a cheese plate was a great idea. It was very high quality cheese and meats. We then ordered the Truffle pizza and some side dishes and had a great night out. The polenta dish was amazing, as was the kale! So yummy, I also love that the menu changes weekly so that each time you go you can try something new."

"I've been going to Cube for many years now, and watched it "grow up" in the process. While I still shed a tear for its early times, before its alcohol license and when it was much easier to get a table as a walk-in than it is now, it has bloomed well into its maturity. The food is extremely good, and the staff is knowledgeable. It has one of the best cheese menus in town, and the staff is very knowledgeable about it. It is a bit noisy, and the space really is a bit at odds with the ambition and quality of the restaurant as a whole, but this is what makes it a "neighborhood gem.""

"Creative menu with everything from fried baby artichokes to braised octopus for starters. Service was attentive but then slowed as it got busier. We arrived at 12:15 for lunch, but they had run out of aranciata after one person at our table ordered it. Makes me wonder if they only make about 5 glasses for the day.
Otherwise, a delicious meal was enjoyed by all."

"I've been waiting for years to make it over to Cube, and even with that anticipation, dinner did not disappoint! Incredible selection of cheeses, a menu that over-achieves with amazing non-cheese options (spicy fried chicken!), and the perfect wine selection."

"My boyfriend and I went there on Valentines Day and both of us had our best dining experience in LA so far. The vibe is great and we enjoyed a nicely served cheese platter including the most delicious air-dried ham ever. But that wasn't even the best part! For our main we ordered one appetizer and one semi pasti - the braised baby octopus and scallops with a bacon vinaigrette. The scallop took us to heaven!
Ever since then, we have been talking about this place. Telling all our friends to go there. It is amazing! We can't wait to bring our loved ones to our new favorite place."

"Cube is our favorite date night spot, and as usual, the food was wonderful and the service was great--even amidst the hullabaloo on Valentine's day. A great spot for a date night or a small gathering of friends."

"The food had such great potential. I looked at the menu online a day before so i already knew what i wanted. It took the staff/kitchen 15mins after I placed my order to let me know that they ran out of it. The manager did comp our beers for the inconvenience but it seemed like too little too late."
