"completely awesome dining experience -- we shared the 40-ounce porterhouse and we absolutely delighted with the entree. The presentation was fabulous and the meat was divine! I could use a fork to cut my bites -- we had two sides -- broccoli au gratin and potatoes au gratin. Both were delicious! Nothing could have improved our experience."

"Disappointing! My wife had the petite filet which was cooked properly and very good. We shared the potatoes au gratin which were also very good. I had the strip which had gristle throughout. At $41.00, this is inexcusable."

"I don't understand why the fact that Ruth Chris is a "chain" has any bearing on its ability to provide an intimate, delicious evening. It is known for its supreme beef filets and the filets at RC have always been like a trip to Heaven for me. I do think they could spend a bit ore time perfecting some of the side orders to complement the meal because a superior restaurant should serve nothing but excellence in every way. The asparagus shouldn't have been served with tough ends and should have glistened a bit with a spritz of olive oil and herbal seasonings. However the sauce served on the side helped tremendously. All in all, my birthday celebration was divine and worth the price!"

"Disappointing visit to an otherwise stellar experience whether at this location or another one elsewhere...service was not up to par...surf and turf special was good but not great...the lobster was exceptional the steak was not...had to remind the staff to bring my appetizer after they brought my guest appetizer ...left the menus on the table after taking the order just to name a few snafus...not the "usual" Ruth's experience !!!"

"Great service. Consistently and allegedly " just serviced the last" of high quality menu items like Kansas City Strips, T Bones and Porterhouses. An obvious ploy to push customers to the meats which provide Ruth's with a greater profit margin and are easier to prepare, ( e.g. Filet and Ribeye). I have been at the Ridgeland Mississippi . BAD
Store on three occasions, 6:30 pm, 7:15 pm and 8:45 pm and had management tell my party that, "
We've just serviced our last KC Strip or T Bone. Very frustrating given the price you pay to go thee to dine. These steaks are not purchased on a daily basis by restaurants because of shortages, give us a break. Other similar establishments never have this contrived problem, most notably, Longstar Steakhou"
