"I am sad to say that I probably won't dine at Glacier brew house as much because they changed their recipes. My boyfriend wanted the salmon BLT but t has been replaced with a salad that is a little lack luster. I don't think he intended to eat an entire head of lettuce for dinner. I got the Thai chicken pizza and that has also changed. The vegetables on top were cut into much larger peices and the carrots were pickled...need I say more. Overall the food was good but we probably wouldn't get those items on the menu again."

"The food is always fabulous every time I eat at the Glacier BrewHouse. The presentation and taste of the food are always pleasurable and the staff is friendly and very accommodating. There are no surprises from the menu to the plate to your mouth. If anything, the description on the menu may be under played as the taste of the food is always a maximum delicious treat."

"We celebrated our daughter's ninth birthday at the Glacier Brewhouse by reserving a table for our daughter and four friends. We sat at another table and allowed our daughter and her friends to order and dine by themselves. The staff treated the girls very kindly and gave them excellent service. I highly recommend Glacier Brewhoyse for their service, food, and excellent drinks."

"Called the restaurant to let them know we wre going to be 5 minutes late for our reservation, when we arrived, the hostess, who I had talked to on the phone, said she had called our name a few minutes earlier and a customer came up and claimed that they were us. She mentioned that she was surprised "we" we're there already since we had just called her. She seated them at our table, and moments later we arrived, she explained the situation, but was unwilling to remove them from our table, so we had to wait another 10-15 minutes for a table. When we did get seated our meal took "forever" to arrive. When it finally arrived, the food was very good, but the overall experience was poor."

"Food would have been rated outstanding, but the blackened rockfish was overdone which made it a bit dry and tough. Flavor was excellent, though. Also, the menu description mentioned nothing about rice, yet the fish was served over rice, which I cannot eat."

"I have yet to be dissapointed with any aspect of Glacier Brewhouse.
We frequently dine there with my 1 year old child and love the fact that our waitress suggested ordering

"I almost always tend to get the same thing- flat iron steak. It's always really good. I've also tried some of the appetizers and hot sandwiches/burgers are also pretty tasty. I go on my lunch all the time but it can be pretty busy sometimes! I think that the lunch time staff tend to be much friendlier and more energetic than the dinner time staff. I like coming in with co-workers, or going in by myself since the atmosphere is nice."

"I am frequent customer of Glacier Brewhouse. I've never experienced okay service. Our drinks and complimentary bread took a while to get to us, appetizers came out fairly quick. But our lunch took over 25 minutes. The server did apologize but customers that came in 10-15 minutes after we did received their lunches way before we did and I was expecting a manager to talk to us about our food being late and no one talked to us. I really hoped our dessert would've been comped but that wasn't also.
I was just really disappointed with decline in service. Will I continue to be a customer, yes, I will but I expect the service to come back up to par as it usually is.

"The food was very good, but our reservations were untimely. I made a reservation for 6pm and was politely informed that the restaurant was running a little late and handed me a buzzer. No problem. At 6:30, I decided to approach the desk to find out when our table might be ready because we had an 8pm curtain time at the PAC. The hostess informed me that the record said we had already been seated. Hmm. I had been waiting in the hall just at the bottom of the stairs, what should have been in range of the buzzer. Fortunately, we were seated shortly after that, but it was a good thing I asked. We let the server know we might be more hurried, he helped move things quickly, and we made it in time.
The food was good as usual."

"I booked the reservation for a large professional group. We wanted to be out in the main dining area rather than in a room, and they have a large 10-top for that very thing. We were seated on time and the staff worked with us to get seating nearby for our 4 extras. The food was great and the house brewed beer fantastic. The waitress was friendly and efficient and worked with each of our members to make sure billing went to the correct parties. I would use them again. I will certainly try them again for just a night out with a much smaller group."

"The food and beer are great. Service left something to be desired. We went on Easter Sunday so it was very busy. Waitress missed something that was ordered, then was reluctant to add it to the dinner once we mentioned it to her. We had to insist that she add the item. Overall, it is someplace we will be going back to."

"I was expecting a special menu for Easter. It has been the same menu for some time now. One person at our table was not crazy about her food. We had kids with us and the kids menu is great. They get a small appetizer of fruit or veggies, a meal, and dessert for a great price."

"Excellent. At first the hostess tried to separate our group into 2 groups! Unacceptable as I had made the reservation a couple of days before. Who wants to have half their group at another table???! We spoke to our server (Brian maybe?) and he was very accomodating. We were so well taken care of...Thank you so much for going out of your way to sit us all together, even though the hostess did not want to accomodate us."
