"I have tried Ruth Chris four times now for dinner. Each time my filet is too chared on the outside, tough and over cooked. I should not have to saw through the filet! The flavor is medicore at best. Although if you want a good burger, go there for happy hour and get the burger. Best in the world."

"I was disappointment unfortunately the waiters spell cold water all over my daughter's dress ( thoug she apologies many times) the manager never came to pay the apologies for what had happen, instead he just told my husband and me not to let my 18 year old Canadian daughter have a zip of wine, I can understand if she was alone and drinking, but she was with both of her patents, it was our desition not there's!
Waiters also forgot to bring one of our order!
We didn't want to ruin my daughter's celebration, so we just paid and leave!
No quite a nice experience!"

"I have had a standing weekly lunch reservation at the Bellevue Ruth's Chris for over 8 years. It is a pleasure to say that the level of service has been consistently great the entire time. Our wonderful waiter, Eric, always makes our lunch time a special weekly event. I would also like to comment that the acoustics are such that even when it is busy, I can still hear my lunch partner talk. It remains a relaxing place to dine and converse. The food, of course, is always excellent.

"Having eaten at other Ruth's Chris Steakhouses, we had certain expectations about what we would experience and we were not disappointed for the most part. We were seated in a quiet section of the restaurant, which we prefer because of a hearing impairment. Our server was prompt, courteous, and able to recommend an excellent wine within our price range. We had combination dinners, steak and shrimp and steak and lobster. The steaks were superb. The broiled lobster was tough and didn't have much flavor, which was the only blemish on an otherwise delightful evening."

"Food was fantastic - the classic menu is a decent value. All offerings were delicious (I started with the crab and tomato soup, followed by 16oz rib eye with creamed spinach and the cheesecake and chocolate brittle for dessert. I couldn't have asked for anything more. The service was exceptional. Justin, our waiter, was a real pro. He was courteous, friendly and anticipated our possible requests."

"It was my husbands birthday and we went for his birthday dinner. It was fantastic. Our server and hostess were very polite and very accommodating. The food was hot and delicious and they made the experience amazing. My husband is not one for too much show and fanfare, so everything was quite understated. We were greeted by the hostess and she wished him a happy birthday which was a surprise for him because he did not know that I had made some special request at the restaurant. Our table had birthday confetti on it. Our Dessert was bought in with a candle on top with happy birthday written in chocolate sauce on the plate. Over all it was a wonderful experience would love to dine there again."

"Food as usual was excellent. After our wine order was taken we were kind of "forgotten". It took an unusual length of time for the wine to arrive and for our food order to be taken. They were not busy and it appeared that our waitperson only had two tables. Once the food started to arrive things picked up. Our leftovers were turned into a fantastic omlet Sunday am!"

"Our experience at Ruth's Chris was outstanding! It was our first time, my husband & I decided to celebrate our 30th anniversary here & after our visit we'll be back every year from here on out. The steaks & side dishes were absolutely delightful, our waiter Cody was the icing on our cake! He made us feel so special, we can't wait to come back to visit him again, perfect service."

"We both ordered the Lobster and Ribeye with a side order of broccoli and garlic mashed potatoes. The food was good, perhaps even excellent, but honestly not much different than what I made at home for Valentines day last year. The big difference was the price. Wow, Adding a glass of wine and a Mojito brings the price over $200... That's really a hard sell for just a steak and lobster..."

"The service was a little bit slow, but it was Valentine's Day and there were a lot of tables to cover. Our waitress was very helpful in explaining the menu to us, and, as it was our first time, had great recommendations on how to get the most out of our first experience there. The tables were far enough apart that, though you CAN hear other people talking and eavesdrop if it so pleases you, I didn't find myself distracted by any other tables. It was a very nice dinner, and I would recommend Ruth's Chris - Bellevue for a date night or special occasion."

"I don't know if it is this particular Ruth's Chris, but in general, I find that their food has declined significantly over the years. Last time I was here, I was disappointed with the food, and it didn't change this time either. The meat was not up to the standard of say, Daniel's Broiler, it was too fatty and tasted low quality. The mashed potatoes did not resemble what I used to receive at Ruth's Chris. They almost tasted instant. The bread was served cold instead of warm and last time, the asparagus was too large and barely cooked. It appeared as though they set up extra tables for Valentine's Day putting them in every odd nook and cranny they could find. Our table was up against a door. I felt pushed aside and not valued."

"Quality of meat and fish were both good. Portion size moderate. But, way too much butter used in preparation. Even the vegetables were swimming in butter when served on their own plate. Made for good taste, but afterwords felt very heavy and unhealthy. The restaurant ambiance was OK but during happy hour the noise from the bar was quite noticeable!"
