"too many waiters just watching me and my fiance eat. It took forever to get bread and it seemed that the some of the waiters couldnt wait to remove my plate from my table even though I wasnt finished eating. It seemed like the waiter couldnt wait to get us out of the restuarant. Their vegetarian meals are horrible

"The only issue was that we had specifically requested that we did not get a bench seat for our group since we had elderly members and they couldnt get in and out for a self serving brunch. When we arrived we were taken to a corner bench style table. Even though we confirmed twice that we didn't want one of those type of tables they still tried to seat us there. It took some time and discussion before they agreed to give us a regular table so everyone could get up and down easily."

"Poor service- waitstaff untrained - tried to charge for things not ordered... manager busy schmoozing with friends and not attentive to our needs- we were celebrating a birthday and
we felt ignored. waitstaff gruff and uncaring only looking to upsell. this is a lovely looking restaurant whose service has gone downhill- for prices charged we should have felt catered to instead we felt ripped off- Sorry but management needs to pay more attention to front of house!!"

"The vibe at Limani is chic; the patrons, staff and decor all add to the experience. As soon as you enter the restaurant, you are welcomed into the high-ceilinged space, softened by gauze curtains and filtered lighting. There are several dining areas, bar, fresh seafood display and an open kitchen. (There are intimate spaces if you prefer a more quiet experience and a private wine room) The wait staff was very helpful in suggesting what to order based on our questions, what was fresh that evening and how we wanted to the dining sequence to happen. They were very attentive, polite and confident without being over-bearing."

"Impressive array of fresh WHOLE fish, displayed on huge bank of crushed ice. Pita bread served with meal tasteless and cold. Had to ask them to toast it to eat with hummus.
Prices very high.
"Dover sole" on the menu is listed as coming from "Holland". Last time I checked, Dover was in ENGLAND. For 52.00, I think they could send their fishing boats a bit closer to the right country."

"My first negative comment about Limani brunch service this past Sun. Everyone at my table had to keep getting up to get their own coffee/tea, and subsequent refills at the buffet area. This became disruptive and annoying after the first cup. Also hazardous balancing hot beverages through the crowded buffet area. Wait staff should be providing this service. They were always nearby to fold napkins and pour water. Why not go this extra logical step?"

"This was my family's second time dining at Limani. The food was delicious once again, but the service was lacking. My water glass remain unfilled for a while before I asked the person clearing our plates to fill it. Additionally, the waitstaff kept trying to clear our plates before we were finished. Also, the noise level was unreal. None of the people in my party, myself included, could hear each other. Lastly, people waiting for their table completely took over the bar/entrance area making it fairly difficult to leave once we were done. We came to celebrate a very special occasion after having had a good experience at Limani but I'm not sure we would return after this latest dining experience."

"Been here umpteen times since it's opening. The food is never less then fantastic.
The drinks are never less then well prepared but the glass is always at 3/4. I asked for them to top it off & after the server explained that it spilled off in transit to my
table (which was obvious as my glass was a wet mess)he did come back with the refill. Personally, I recommend everything! Tomato salad, dips, fried eggplant,
langustinos, Bronzino, whatever you're in the mood for will be perfectly prepared.
I ordered a second drink, the messy glass from my first "spilled'" drink was not removed. If that's the worst I have to say, run to have a great meal out at Limani.
BTW, we were seated at once & in the banquet I had requested. Bravo Limani!"

"We celebrated my husband's b-day. The fish was excellent, the service impeccable, and an under $40 prix fixe dinner had everything we wanted. A generous portion of veggies we served family style.
