"Every single item was excellent. Our server was unobtrusive but attentive. We sat on the patio which is away from traffic noise and just wonderful. We were absolutely delighted with this restaurant."

"This restaurant has a lot of potential, good location and in the right demographic neighborhood. The service was slow and the food was average except for the desserts...they were excellent. The Sangria had no kick at all, think we were drinking fruit punch. I have no complaints on serving size, we actually took leftovers home.
This review is not too different from others that I have read, hopefully the management can get make a few tweaks and make this a great and unique restaurant."

"EVERYTHING we ordered was absolute perfection. We loved sharing each other dishes. The food was incredible great selection too. Service was flawless. Can't wait to go back. Highly recommend the flan for dessert best I've had."

"I tried Relish with my family for Mother's Day. My mom got a free cocktail, the food was delicious, and our server was very pleasant. Great wine list, but not as many "by the glass"'s as we would have liked. Our martinis were wonderful, as well."

"We have been going back there in the past several years when we are in the area. The amount of one dish is just the right amount, so we can try many different dishes; I think that's what Tapas is. Many other places offer too much in one dish, which I don't care for. They were very crowded this time, but the service was surprisingly quick."

"Lunch was around 12:30 on a weekday and Relish was relatively empty. Service was typically slow but pleasant enough. Everyone at our table was pleased with their meals and the yummy flatbread (enough for 4 to share as an appetizer) was great. Little ambiance but perfect for a casual daytime meal as part of a shopping trip or before a movie at the Deerfield Cinema. No need to dress up."

"What an excellent restaurant, food is great and atmosphere is outstanding. The sangria is great, the best so far in the area. Great tapas with a twist of modern menu. Will go back anytime with the family, we live an hour away from the restaurant and the trip is worth."

"Food was very good, but also pricey. Tapas is a great experience as you try a lot of little well prepared bites. Our table enjoyed the Quinoa wraps. We have visited before and really enjoyed the Cuban pork, but it was not on the menu this time. Hummus was not notable. Beers are only by bottle, nothing on tap."

"It's not really a tapas joint. I keep going back and wanting it to be so much more. It could be so much more. I don't know why it isn't!!!!!!!!! The service is great and everyone is very nice. The food is good but they need to change the menu up, it is old for those who are repeat guests. It is expensive as well for smallish portions. You are looking at $80+ for 2 with a bottle of wine. Not sure why they aren't pushing it more - maybe the boring palettes of Mason won't allow? You could be great, Relish. Please try harder."

"The food was outstanding but the tables were too close together. I felt like we were sitting right on top of the group next to us. Overall a good experience. We will definitely return."

"Just "eh". Everything seemed over-fried and not the gourmet experience you usually expect from tapas style food. Asian spicy shrimp was like Sea-Pack. And the Ahi Tuna was more like a tuna steak, with breaded and deep fried asparagus. Service was inconsistent as well."

"Amazing restaurant. Hidden away in the Mason area in the best way! The food and ambiance are spectacular. The service can be a little slow, and doesn't always do a good job of promoting the "sharing" that the menu demands. While it is a beautiful space, you can tell when the staff is hindered by it being slow and starts to check out a little bit. The menu can be great for sharing with groups of 4+, but you have to navigate it on your own. The martini list is among the best that the greater Cincinnati area has to offer. The beer selections are good as well. The wine list could use some work. All in all, Relish is a great restaurant and the food is always worth any of the drawbacks."

"Relish is a fun restaurant with intersting menu items. The food is always very fresh, served at the proper temperature and within a reasonable timeframe. The dishes are meant for sharing and the quantities allow for that option. We had the signature salad, the trio of soups and the Asian Cruncy tacos. They were all great. I noticed a couple of changes that were disappointing. One is that there is no longer a small size of the signature salad. The other is the removal of the cream of mushroom soup from the menu. These were two of my favorites as the regular size of the salad is too much if you want it as a side and the soup was fantastic. Please consider bringing these back."

"I know it is trendy and tapas portions are supposed to be small, but if you are going to charge that much money for four bites of food, they had better be four really good bites. Both of our dishes that contained rice were undercooked and at best, the rest was mediocre. The red sangria on the other hand... perfection."

"We were seated at a cool spot, but overlooked the parking lot - not too romantic. Food was good. Overall menu was not Spanish as i originally thought, though we ended up eating several pinxtos ( that ARE Spanish ) - they were delicious; Esp the tuna, and the beef! The ginger drink was tasty. service was quick but we were able to order bits at a time, which made for a relaxing evening. wouldn't rush to go back but if in the area, it's good and different than a chain!"

"I've eaten at Relish several times ad I always felt at this restaurant was a neigborhood gem. However, on this visit, I found that the overall quality of the food had slipped signifcantly. Several items were fine, notably the wild mushroom risotto balls. But more were underwhelming/disappointing. The stuffed mushroom caps were the biggest letdown. The mushroom was undercooked and the spinach based stuffing overwhelmed any other flavor. The "relish favorite" flatbread was STUFFED with cream cheese which was too heavy for the tapas concept. After a couple small pieces of he flatbread, we were full of cheese. The service was excellent, but it takes more than that to makea good experience."

"Out of four of us, we all thought the food was good, but for the price, the portions were way too small. We realize this is a tapas restaurant, but the prices were pretty high, especially the drinks. While we all liked the food and drinks, we would not return, since it's way too pricey."

"The food was decent but not great. Nothing tasted bad but there also wasn't anything where I wanted to order more (The sweet and sour shrimp and the flatbreads were what we liked best).
They also missed the mark a bit with the Tapas concept. Several of the menu items came with side items which felt more like an entree than a sharable dish (example: scallops came with potatoes and asparagus). Other dishes didn't come in easily shareable quantities. For example the taco's where 2 for $9. If you want to share with a party of 4+ expect to order several plates of the same item. If you are a large party and plan to do lots of sharing don't be surprised to order 3 plates a person. With drinks you are looking at $40-$50 per person."

"The food was very good and beautifully presented. Unfortunately, our very nice waiter was not a very good waiter and we had to wait an unusually long time before he would realize he hadn't brought our wine, or more bread, or the bill......Gave us more time to visit with our friends, but it was pretty inefficient. That being said, we would go back again because the pluses outweighed the minuses."

"Overall, the food was full of flavor. The presentation on the plates was beautiful. The only downside is the size of the portion for the cost of the food. It is tapas style and you are supposed to be able to share your meal with someone. My husband and I ordered a lot of food. We are not big people, but we were starving afterwards. Relish should include a free $10 McDonald gift card with every meal."
