"The food was good, with comfort style foods on the menu that night. It was a little tough to see what we were actually eating as the lighting was very dim. The servers were very nice and attentive. Our table for two was cozy and by the door but we were away from a rowdy group so that kept our area's noise level down."

"There was a little too much spice on many items.
Even though we ordered and paid for two ($12 alcoholic) drinks, they still charged a $15 cottage fee for our bottle of wine.... Which I felt was a little unfair..., especially since we opened the bottle and did all the pouring. But overall service was attentive and friendly. We would still go back"

"It was mother's day and we had a reservation. It took them 15 min. to bring us water. 30 min. before we got our bread we asked for. And an hour before we got our food! Our eggs benedict was also not hot, but my waffle was fine. They took the benedict off our bill (thank goodness) but I will never go there again!"

"We had a grate time. We brought out 82 year old Mother to brunch. At first it was a bit difficult because the noise level at the front window seat was very loud. But the hostess was kind enough to put us at one of the back booths with a curtain and we had a really lovely afternoon. The service was exemplary."

"I appreciated the wait staff's welcoming attitude and service! The food was very good, the mussels- excellent! They warned me that the salmon is cooked medium, as long as it is fresh and it was, it was excellent! Creme Brule- wow!!

"I've been to brunch twice now. Sadly I haven't been able to partake in the bottomless mimosas but my fellow diners have. Lets just say they make it worth your money! The food is excellent. We have pretty much tried everything on the brunch menu and nothing disappoints! It's super loud and gets busy so make a reservation and expect to have fun."

"Very busy on sunny Sunday at lunch, very loud, so we had to shout to hear each other. all they have to do is turn music down a bit - there was plenty of atmospheric noise from customers! Otherwise, we love it there. They bring a big faux birthday cake with sparkling/shooting candle to birthday guests - a funny surprise we were not expecting for our 14 year old niece when we ordered her dessert and asked for a candle!"

"My wife and I took our teenage son to Luna Park last Sunday evening for dinner. My son had the burger. I ate the short rib and my wife had the chicken. We had some wine and beer, and my son had a hand made lemonade. The food was good. The ambiance was nice. I loved the choice of art on the wall. They had cool music on in the place. "I do not know what is with the service here. We were trying to request for some bread and could not find our waitress, so I flagged down the next waiter/waitress we saw. Before we got two words out, he said rudely, w/o eye contact, or stopping, "Get your waiter", and walked away. Furthermore, we ordered a SIDE of Mac and Cheese and when the bill came, our waitress put in a full order for us. Since it was our first time, we did not know we were eating a full order. Instead of apologizing, she said, "You did not order a side" and demanded for us to pay “because that’s what we ate.” I was in complete shock with their service. The food was good but I would not go back."

"Four of us, all over 60, went for dinner to catch up after a year. Of course, a large screen TV was on when we got there, and we had to exert lots of energy to hear and be heard. The food could best be described as very tasty "comfort food." I guess we should have said we were ordering the Prix Fixe dinners, since we were surprised at the end about how expensive it was, and everything was listed separately. As a vegetarian, there were limited options, but I'm used to that, and found plenty of calories. The bread pudding was luscious--perhaps too much so, given everyone's need to cut down on calories. There's lots of competition in that area, so if I lived there, I'm not sure how often I'd return."

The menu rotates frequently, so you will always have new options to choose from when you dine at Luna Park. Notable starters and finishers - the goat cheese fondue and the make your own s'mores. Both are an amazing treat! For drinks, if you go in a group, the flaming rum bowl is a must have experience."

"We were a party of six. As soon as we arrived, we were immediately seated. Three ordered the pre fixe menu which is a super deal for $38 and you get good food. Starting with appetizers, my daughter ordered the mussels for appetizers and she loved it. The tuna ahi poke was just okay. I enjoyed my deconstructed Caesar salad. Then on to the entrees. I ordered the braised short ribs. It was melt in your mouth delicious. Someone ordered the seafood cioppino. The sauce was very good but the seafood tasted like it was frozen. For dessert, we ordered the brownie sundae (very rich and yummy), bread pudding sundae (good) and coconut cream pie (the best I've ever had). Portions were huge."

"I had a fantastic Easter brunch at Luna Park. We had bottomless mimosas and sangria, the trois popovers (which are AMAZING) and the salmon hash. It was really loud, to the point where one had to almost yell to be heard across the table. They need to do something with the acoustics. However, the food exceeded my expectations and I will definitely be returning."

"We had a great meal and the service was fabulous. Fortunately we had a booth so the noise level wasn't too bad and we could hear each other. That is the only complaint we had - the noise."

"This is a well-established neighborhood restaurant, fit for our birthday party of four. We all shared our fist course (appetizers and salads) and liked the grilled artichoke with lemon aioli and loved the roasted Brussels sprouts. The pork chops were good though a bit expensive for what they were. The Cioppino was delicious and fresh as it should be. The homemade pasta al pommodoro was excellent, too. I'd definitely come back to this restaurant."

"This was my second time at Luna Park for brunch (mainly because the food is good and they have bottemless mimosas). The only negative comment I have is that thier website advertises that bottemless mimosas end at 5pm in thier hours section, which is where I looked before making 2:30 reservations for myself and friends. I found out the morning of our reservations that in fact bottomless mimosas end at 3pm (which was stated on their menu page). I called to see if they would honor the 5pm statement (they would not) and rescheduled our reservation for 1:45. We did not get seated until 2:10 (not sure the point of a reservation if it doesn't get you seated on time). However the manager said he would take care of us and our amazing waitress did."

"The food was great. Service was spotty. I bought a groupon ($25 for $55 of food) and split it with a friend. I had to pay for tax and tip since the groupon doesn't cover it so I ended up spending slightly more than I usually do on brunch. Without the groupon it would have been a great price. I wish the brunch menu was more extensive. I got the trois popovers and they were delicious. Good deals on brunch drinks too."

"My daughter was home from college for Spring Break w/several friends -- this was the perfect place to take them. Great cocktails & food even better than I 'd remembered, w/lots of choices for everyone; wanted all of the desserts. Everyone left very full & very happy. Patient service as well."

"I hadn't been to Luna Park in at least 5 years. I stopped coming because I found the food mediocre and amateurish. We were going to the Marsh, and 5 years is a long time, so we decided to give it another try. We started with the Warm Goat Cheese Fondue, recommended by our waitress. It was awful, sour cream or creme fresh with a little goat cheese mixed in with a little candle underneath. They should rename it "white trash fondue". Next was the Grilled Artichoke, it was not adequately trimmed, and several of the spines got stuck in our throats. If you have ever had that experience you will know how unpleasant that is. On a positive note the Fried Brussels Sprouts and the Farro Verde were both very good. Unfortunately 50% doesn't cut it."

"Server made very good suggestion of beer pairing. One of us is a vegetarian and there were plenty of selections. We had artichokes and green beans for appetizers. Salmon and pasta for entrees: scrumptious. Chocolate bread pudding was amazing. Coffee was lukewarm. They replaced it and made it complimentary. Our table was in a perfect location: in the corner with drapery at the opening."
