"High noise levels and too much turmoil of staff moving about detracted from a nice evening. Much of this may have been our seating location, however it greatly affected the experiance. the acousicts seem quite poor making conversation difficult. When we were seated we asked about another location, but we were told nothing was available."

"The food was great! The only thing( is not Jeff Ruby fault )is I couldn't eat all the food which was excellent & there was no place 2 warm it up in the room! Need 2 talk 2 the Casino about that. Our steak was cook perfect! Never had that happen except in Vegas.

"Had one of the best salads ever in the south beach bleu! Then came the worst part. The shrimp cocktail came out 3 pieces for $21! It was hands down worst shrimp I gave ever tasted! Fishy, fishy smell and sauce taste like Heinz. Disappointed"

"Went here for a romantic weekend. Food was divine, very knowledge staff, our waiter was so funny and over all amazing. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. My only complaint would be that the salad was a tad overdressed for my liking. Next time I would definitely ask for dressing on the side."

"We planned a trip for the weekend at Belterra casino and resort and we made reservations at Jeff Ruby's for both Friday and Saturday evening. Unfortunately due to time constraints we were unable to make our dinner reservations for that Friday evening. We did however make Saturday evening and we were once again very happy with our choice for dining. The food was excellent and the staff including our hostess and server were very attentive polite and readily available. our meal was presented promptly and we never had to look for bus service or wait staff. everything was catered perfectly and we never felt overwhelmed or interrupted. we will be back ,keep up the good work your restaurant will be recommended by us to anyone visiting Belterra."

"Celebrated my birthday at Jeff Ruby's with my friend and we both enjoyed the dining experience.
The filet was delicious and the sides (bacon salad with baked potato) were shared and gobbled up by both of us. Drinks before and after dinner were excellent. The staff and manager were personable with friendly smiles and great service."

"Everything was excellent from the service through each course! I treated clients to a special dinner and it was a grand slam. The french onion soup was enjoyed by all and we split the shrimp Thai appetizer. Highly recommend both as the word "delicious" sums it up! My clients enjoyed the big filets and I enjoyed the scallops which I thought was the best preperation ever. Our server Ed was super - a wonderful personality and knowledgable with just the right visibility. Look forward to visiting again soon!"

"We weren't sure what to expect from a restaurant located inside a casino, but it was simply outstanding. The shrimp tempura appetizer was among the best appetizers we have had anywhere. The shrimp were perfect and the chile sauce was a spicy delight. The presentation on this appetizer was beautiful. We split a steak and still had leftovers. The sides are delicious. The mashed potatoes melted in our mouths.
There were two small disappointments. At the beginning of the meal, the waiter asked if we were celebrating anything special. We told him it was my birthday. But then he did nothing to acknowledge the occasion. Also our table location was between two very large noisy groups and that took away from the experience."

"My mother and I have the tradition of going here on my birthday/mother's day. I sign up for a lot of restaurants websites, and in doing so, I get a lot of birthday freebies, but I have noticed recently that those freebies are becoming less and less valuable. When we arrived to Jeff Ruby's and the hostess offered us a birthday photo, i thought here we go they are no exception, we get a picture instead of the usual free dessert, but boy was I wrong. The picture came in a nice little folder and much to my suprise we still got a free dessert! Way to go Jeff Ruby's! The food of coarse was excellent as always but I just love the service and atmosphere there and at all of Jeff Ruby's restaurants."

"Everything was great. They knew it was our anniversary, and everyone came by to wish us well. Our server Michael was awesome, he explained the menu in full detail. He did not miss a beat. The food of course was excellent. My Bone In Steak was superb, full of taste and very juicy. I have to say the Freddie Salad was my overall favorite. All in all, this was quite a dinner to remember, thank you Michael and the Jeff Ruby staff."

"The food was good, because the food is always good at Ruby's, but, I don't think it was up to the standards of the other Ruby's locations. The steak was a bit dry, and kind of bland really. I love the Ruby's franchises, but won't be returning to the Belterra location. I'll stick with downtown, the precint and Carlo & Johnnys."

"The food was very good although pretty pricey, I would only go for a very special occasion. The service was great but fairly stuffy, would prefer impeccable service but friendly and jovial. Thought it was interesting how it seemed some tables got more attention than others like they are more important customers although we are all paying the same price for our food. I've had friends mention this too about Jeff Rubys restaurants. All in all we enjoyed our evening but wouldn't need to rush back again soon."

"Always go to this restaurant for their Beef Wellington. Never eat anything else, and do not eat at their other restaurants. They took it off the menu. Waitress was very nice and talked to chef who agreed to make it and it was great as always. If I new I couldn't get the Beef Wellington here I would not be going back. Waitress was great!!!"

"If you are looking for a Fantastic dinning experience Jeff Ruby's is the place. Having dinned there a few times I took my wife on a surprise get away weekend and the dinning experience was super. Starting with an over the top shrimp cocktail. Great wine selection along a wide price range. As I enjoy many different dinner selections from beef, lamb to fish I had tried most dishes on other visits. On this visit my Wife and I both went with the 12 oz. filet's .WOW were they great and fixed just the way ordered. The service was top notch and as requested we were seated in a quiet out of the traffic area booth along the back wall, which can make a difference as some of the couples seating is down the middle of a high traffic area."

"Another good meal at Ruby's. The steak was outstanding as was the mac & cheese and Freddie salad. I was a little disappointed with the lobster this time though (I did the surf and turf deal that was running through the month of March). The last time I had the lobster it was very sweet and tender. This time it was kind of fishy and chewy. I guess seafood is hit or miss when you're landlocked in the midwest. Other than that though, we love dining at Ruby's restaurants and think he serves the best steaks and mac & cheese in the Cincinnati area."

"This was our first visit to Jeff Ruby's. We were seated right on time for our reservation. Our booth was right next to the kitchen entrance. Lot of traffic from workers in and out calling out "Coming out". Food was awesome. Seemed to take a while for the entrees to come out. But the steaks were cooked just as ordered. Was well worth the wait. Will defiantly be back, but will sit somewhere less busy. The service was great!"
