"This was hands down the best dining experience I have ever had. The presentation of each dish and treat was impeccable and perfection. The service was incredible and everyone seemed genuinely happy to be a part of it. I was very impressed with every aspect of our experience and am excited to find a special occasion to go back as soon as possible."

"I heard Binkley's was the best in greater phoenix. We were celebarting a special occassion. I thought this was the place to go. The detail in the presentation of the food was the best I have ever seen, and it taste good too. Service was on top of every detail. My only concern I was expecting something out of this world. I didn't get that, not for the price. We went all out, close to $500. Not food, plenty of food, but I have been to other places where I had 1 bite and I still remember the taste years later. I was expecting the same thing. Lastly the main server was great, but not authentic. I got more care out of the other staff. We'll go back, but only for a special occassion and we won't go all out."

"This was second visit to Binkleys. Excellent service. Excellent menu. Creative Courses. Entertaining throughout the night. Each course was flavor filled. Amuse bouches and intermessos were unique creations. Chef Kevin has mastered cooking and turned it into a work of art."

"We had a wonderful time! The six course tasting was incredible! Go for the wagyu beef and the foie gras! Also, the sommelier did a wonderful job with wines that complimented the dishes. We enjoyed the upscale, gourmet food and also the relaxed conversations with some of the staff that made this restaurant a gem in our eyes! Definitely the best in Arizona. One of the best we have dined at worldwide."

"Dining at Binkley's is 'food theater'. The food and presentation of the many tastes the kitchen sends out is more than dining out - it is a dining experience. And all the tastes are delicious. There is really no way that words can do justice to dining at Binkley's - you must experience it.

The menu offers the option of 4, 5 or 6 course tasting dinners. In addition to these courses, each diner receives about a dozen or more additional tastes between the selected courses. All courses and tastes are small such that even less hardy eaters such as myself can finish them all. And they are all good! Definitely a place for a special occasion and for impressing that special someone in your life!"

"This tiny restaurant, situated in a nondescript strip mall, is truly the gem of Arizona. Kevin Binkley is truly an artist. Not only are his dishes unusual, creative and unexpected, but every plate that comes out of the kitchen is a work of art. Nothing is too much or too big, even for that "hungry man". The plates are simply small "bursts" of delicious flavors, complemented by a huge selection of fine wine. Because the tastes are just that, the diner has the opportunity to simply have a sampling of so many exotic and extraordinary items...Binkley's is absolutely the best restaurant in Arizona, by far. Get a driver. Splurge. It is an experience that should not be missed!"

"This was our first time at Binkley's and we will be back. Every detail from the menu with a happy birthday message to the service and the food was outstanding! This is gourmet dining and not inexpensive, but for a special occasion it was perfect. Every person was knowledgable about the menu and happy to answer questions. The service was above and beyond even to the point of when my boyfriend left the table and food was ready, the servers turned around so the presentation could be at the point when he was seated. We will definitely be back again! Our favorite part of the meal was the buffalo tartare. Thank you Binkley's for helping make a wonderful night for us!"

"Binkley's is a must for foodies. The food and presentation never fail to impress. This was our 4th or 5th time at the restaurant and for the first time service was not great. The bread person forgot to give bread to one of our party (there were 6 of us). One of the couples had ordered a bottle of wine and had to ask for more of it to be poured during our entree. Another person had asked for a cup of coffee at the beginning of the meal and had to repeat his request because our server had forgotten. Another person had requested another glass of wine and it took so long to bring it, she told another staff member to forget it. It seemed the staff was off their game. Did the opening of the new restaurant contribute."

"It's not really a restaurant it's a dining experience. One of the best restaurants in the country. A notch or two below The French Laundry but not by much. If you appreciate good food, excellent preparation and excellent service you owe it to yourself to visit Binkleys. Although wine pairings are offered the wine list is extensive, interesting and moderately priced.

We wouldn't think of visiting Scottsdale without going to Binkleys."

"Binkley's is on our top 10 world list. For five years this has been our special meal while visiting Scottsdale. After 9 amuse bouches, four wonderful courses and the stupendous service by Rebecca, our server, we left contented. Since the choices change constantly, it does no good to recommend particular dishes,. Suffice it to say, you can't go wrong. Just leave it in the hands of your server, sit back, relax, and enjoy."

From the moment we sat down to a personalized menu for my husband's birthday to the first amuse bouche to every other experience placed in front of us, we were beyond impressed. "We love the chef's treats in between courses . . . the beautiful . . . always there secretly watching to pick up plates, fill glasses, offered a back pillow for my backk when the "greeter" heard me say, "I need a booth, due to my back." ombiance, especially beautiful food presentation, fabulous chef - a true treat and experience, NEVER rushed, always so professional, knowledgeable and very kind wait staff.

"Binkley's has a lot going on! We ordered the 4 course tasting menu with wine parings. The wine parings were off pace with the food which made the experience difficult to appreciate. The courses were complimented with a few surprises from the chef. Far too many of these, which confused the dining experience. I would have much preferred a simpler format with just slightly larger course sizes."

"This was one of the most elaborate meals I've ever had. The endless series of amuse bouches were definitely the most memorable parts of the evening. Each was unique, innovative, and delicious. I think they actually out-shined the entrees which were also delicious. The service was attentive and friendly, and it was an experience I would definitely repeat."

"Exquisite, to a fault. There are countless little dishes before, between and after the listed courses, and it all seems a little much for Cave Creek AZ. Some are so precious they become pointless. A "sloppy Joe" the size of a marble, for instance, tasted like a bun the size of a marble and little else."

"We have been trying to visit Binkley's for some time now, and so happy to have finally experienced this phenomenal restaurant. The atmosphere is casual but classy. The service is impeccable. Everyone is pleasant, warm, and inviting. The food and treats that we got served in between our dishes (4 item tasting menu) really surprised us and was just unexpected. We will be recommending Binkley's to everyone! And we look forward to dining there again!"

"i was enjoying my 5th visit to the restaurant and i chose to have chef recommends with our tasting experience and when i bit into my kale goat cheese infused bite i crunched down on a hard rice like piece that was definitely unedible i bit into it and it nearly undid some recent dental work ive had done in my molars so i will probably not return because i have noticed the growing popularity of this tasting menu thta has turned somewhat commercial and now its intimacy is gone so you have to sell more tables buy more food accomodate more people make more money ....i get it but the true charm of the facility is gone as far as i can see and i think to myself wow that was a noce 4 year run i have some good memories and now its on to the"

"My wife and I have almost eaten at every resurant worth trying North of I10. We have been told that we should try Binkley's for some time. It was a great experiance and I would recomend it to anyone. We both did the 6 course with wine pairing and I ran out of steam around the 3rd or 4th course. It is more like 12 - 20 courses with all the dishes that they bring out in between the picked dishes. You have to go very hungry for that to really enjoy fully. The outside is not flashy and looks like a strip mall dinner but inside it has a very warm romantic feal and very nice ambiance. The waiting staff where great and brought food out quickly and cleared dishes and set for the next course with great timing. Treat your date with this at least once"

"My daughter ordered the cod and it was either still frozen or formed from leather. The manager came and apologiged and took it off the bill but by then the moment was destroyed. It was a very long way to drive for a bad experience. The appetizers were good but the entre overwhelmed the meal. I can't imagine how an event like this could happen at those prices."
