"We went for Mother's Day, and the food was great. The kitchen had a back up, and there was a delay in getting our food out. The manager was very kind and compted our dinner, due to the delay. Very confident move for a manager, and for that we will return."

"It's our second visit and it just confirms that they know how to make you feel enchanted. "Absolutely spectacular. truly. I reserved online for our anniversary & my husbands promotion and birthday super combo and it seemed like we'd been there before because everyone was asking how they could make our night special and congratulating us. Our server was wonderful and each person from the bussers to the manager was so kind. We even got complimentary mini margaritas & desert at the end. The food as my husband put it was "the best he's ever eaten" and couldn't decide after each course what item was better. It was a little pricey for my blood, but we went specifically for their kobe beef and since its special it was $15/ounce, but worth every penny. If we had the means, we'd go everyday."

"I have been to Ounce Steakhouse 5 times and always LOVED the dining experience. This time being Valentine's Day, the music was loud, we asked to lower the volume and they did. Our service was slow, other people came in after us and were served well before us. We did not have any special order, just the Valentine menu. The salad and soup did not live up to Ounce standards. It was not that enjoyable for a $200 dinner"

"We were very disappointed with our recent visit to the Ounce. When we originally began going to the Ounce, it was a nice "fine dining " establishment with a great choice steaks and appetizers. The servers used to be very attentive and it was a quiet, romantic, setting.
Our visit this time left alot to be desired. The menu is not reflective of a fine dining steak house. Most of the appetizers consist of "fish" choices and include "chicken tenders"(AT A FINE DINING RESTAURANT!)?. The choice of steaks has become very limited, in comparison to their past menu. The quality of the food was mediocre...not up to past quality! Throughout our visit, the music was very loud, oldies, nightclub music....not quiet or romantic."
