Named after the legendary Fulton Fish Market, a bustling hub for International and local seafood, formerly located on Manhattan's Waterfront, Fulton continues the tradition of offering New Yorkers market fresh seafood in a timeless setting. Fulton's combination of rich wood, deep chocolate leather and exposed brick walls creates a welcoming neighborhood atmosphere that conjures up the warmth of Old New York. Using the highest quality and freshest ingredients Chef Jeremy Culver creates a tempting mix of new, innovative dishes and updated classics.
"The fish is extremely well prepared and flavorful here. They take great care, don't over sauce or get too fussy, and they let the natural appeal of fresh fish shine through."

"One of the worst dining experiences I have ever had. The service was atrocious. The food lacked any flavor. My husband returned his dish and didn't get anything new in its place (largely because the waitress was like "well it will take 20 minutes for anything else"). They didn't even comp a glass of wine. Oh $45 for 3 glasses of wine is a bit excessive as well. The restaurant is pretty but I have never had food that tasted that bad or service that awful in my life. I would never return. And shame on you for not trying to at least serve my husband a salad in place of your bland awful food"

"I've been to Fulton a number of times. The food and service are both terrific. It is definitely one of my favorite places in the city as it never disappoints. Fresh seafood prepared simply and elegantly. Portions are adequate -- not too big, not too small. There also seems to be little turnover in terms of the waitstaff, which to me is a sign of a well-run establishment."

"Dined with a friend and was happy to find that every dish we ordered was delicious. Our favorite was the pink snapper with vegetables and spaetzle in a sauce. The service was warm and attentive. The noise level was a bit loud, but bearable. Overall, a lovely experience and we left feeling very pleased."

"Fulton's fish comes from Citarella, the best seafood market in NYC so the fish is fresh and superbly prepared. The noise level is adult and the room is comfortable."

"Fulton's always delivers. This is the first time I've been there for lunch. We had a choice of a $25 price fixed full lunch or reasonably priced starters and entrees. The lunch menu is not as large as the dinner menu but there was more than enough to choose from. And it was quiet and not crowded -- maybe because it was Monday. Next time I'll try it toward the end of the week."

"I love Fulton except that it can be very noisy. NOt sure how they could rectify the problem..maybe a sound baffle between the bar and the rest of the place?"

"Went for bday dinner with boyfriend -- I love seafood, he only eats vegetables and chicken, but it was my choice! Tasty yummy oysters. The sashimi appetizer was so mini (my one criticism)--but very fresh. Their whole fish is excellent I know. My bf's chicken was good he says -- especially the polenta fries. Very friendly staff, though if you're looking for an 'exciting scene' this is not it. But if you like quiet and peace--we do--and quality + fresh seafood, a solid choice."

"Our dinner at Fulton was very good. I highly recommend going early for the prix fixe dinner from 5-6:15. The skate wing was very well executed and the crab cake appetizer was perfect. Very enjoyable meal."

"First time there and the food was delicious. All 4 of us chose the poached lobster with sweet corn and truffle foam. Presentation was beautiful and flavored were balanced and fresh. I had the mussels appetizer and they were the best prepared mussels I have had in a very long time. The meat was tender and sweet and the sauce was great for dipping with the warm artisanal breads served at the table. Our waiter was attentive and knowledgeable."

"The decor and atmosphere are pleasant and relaxing. The waiter did not rush us as we talked awhile before ordering. The butternut squash soup was the best I've had! The seafood burger could have been seasoned more, but it was very good. The Malbec wine was wonderful, while the desert - apple pie with vanilla ice cream - hit the spot! I highly recomment The Fulton."
