"My husband and I absolutely love this little place. It has become a landmark in Burlingame and is mostly known as a great breakfast and lunch spot. All the breads and pastries are freshly made right there everyday so you cannot get a better sandwich or dessert on the peninsula but their salads and soups are stellar, too. But, many people do not know what a great spot this is for a casual dinner. They bring out the white linen and candles, the service is very hospitable and friendly and the food is excellent! So it isn't super gourmet or trendy but the presentation is lovely, the portions generous and everything is always hot and perfectly cooked."

"We've eaten here many times and are always struck by how reasonably priced the food is, considering how consistently good it is. Service is always attentive. Wines are a bargain."

"food is always good at Copenhagen whether it is a salad, Chinese chicken, or a sandwich or full dinner. On the night we were there service was very slow as the restaurant was crowded and there were only 2 servers."

"Restaurant was recommended by someone who grew up in the neighborhood. We are new to the area and tried it for a weeknight dinner. I ordered a Cobb salad and it was nothing special intact I could make a better one. Husband ordered chicken parmigiana and he said it was okay, bland and nothing special. Ambiance was old and needs updating. In fact everyone but us were much older maybe in their 60s plus. Our server was friendly and sweet. The bread was really good."
