"Service was lousy, had to ask for summer menu, then told the house wine we ordered was not part of the summer menu, quality of food was merely adequate, restaurant was maybe half full and noise was terrible. Waiter asked about desert and then said one desert takes 23 minutes which he should have asked about initially. Definitely would NOT go back and would NOT recommend."

"We had a great table by the window; our server Jeff was wonderful. We got confused, ordered the wrong thing for our kids he remedied the situation right away. no worries. Butter, jam, honey for biscuits; kids mac n cheese homemade, not orange kind. I had lamb chops and they were wonderful with the horseradish side sauce. Filets, porterhouse, wines: everything at dinner was FANTASTIC! Our water glasses were always full. My 3 year old even tried Filet for the first time and ended up eating that instead of his (great!) cheeseburger! HAHA! Desserts were brought to us; a banana cream pie and marscapone cheesecake which were both out of this world. I was so stuffed. Wonderful evening of splurging by $$ and food!"

"Our experience was seamless from our initial reservation to our gracious goodbye. We were seated promptly at our reservation time. Greeted quickly. Our favorite wine was on the list "Riddler". The biscuits we a nice surprise & a great twist on regular bread service. Oysters-fresh. Filets perfect! MacNcheese-yes please. Onion rings delightful. Banana cream pie INCREDIBLE! We were already stuffed but managed to finish it.
Best part: our server. He was polite, attentive, & best of all he anticipated our needs. Our table was immaculately manicured. His timing was impeccable and made our experience memorable.
We eat out very often and seldom leave reviews. We are very particular about wine pouring, service pace, and clean dishes. Great job!"

"Great food! The restaurant is small and very loud. 4 men in a booth were so loud, that I couldn't hear my husband who was across the booth from me. Then a four top was seated behind us and they too were practically yelling. I don't get it. The waiter was rather indifferent and spoke in a whisper."

"Our reservation was at 8:30, we got seated at 9:15 and started eating at 10:30.
The food was really good, but we didn't get all plates at the same time, so we couldn't enjoy the dinner like we did last time - we were almost done with our main dishes when we finally got the side dishes... A little bit disappointing..."

"The food was good but they have such SMALL portions! Definitely not worth the price. $34 for the shrimp scams which I thought was a pasta with shriMp but was only 4 jumbo shrimp for $34!!! Wayyy overpriced restaurant."

"Immediately upon entering this restaurant I was taken aback by the noise levels. That shock to my senses was swiftly numbed by the bartender advising me that she could not serve me drinks because the rest of my party was standing along the rail bar. We were seated right after ordering cocktails from the rail bar server who could not or, would not transfer the tab to the table. The booth was reasonably comfortable however the table was either too high or the benches too low..still not sure which. "Eddie" our waiter,I believe that was his name quickly informed/yelled at us that the butchers cut was no longer available at 8:30 on a Saturday night.When we inquired what the butcher cut was he replied "UNAVAILABLE"! We won't be going back."

"Cut 432 is a great steakhouse where the food is cooked perfectly and presented in an uncomplicated fashion. My filet was as good as I have experienced anywhere and cooked precisely as I requested. Plus there is a great wine list where even the lowest priced items offer a very good accompaniment to the food."

"I enjoyed the steaks here. On par with most local steakhouses. Service was good. Noise level was my only concern. It was difficult to carry on a conversation with the person sitting next to me. The bar was jammed and this is not a very big restaurant. Outdoor seating is available and would be my first choice next time."

My client from Switzerland was very impressed with the menu selections and loved the stone crab claws.
Wine list is reasonably priced and very diverse (we enjoyed a wonderful Italian Amarone.

"Our favourite Delray restaurant since it opened (maybe 4 or 5 years ago)...food and service are always consistent and excellent...all staff is personable and professional. ....great menu, wine and music choices and 'the boss' is always in house keeping an eye on staff and guests :)

this time food was not great
beet salad, ok, octopus appetizer was like rubber and was sent back, blue point oyster goo, brussel sprouts great as always, rack of lamb lacked lots of flavor..needed more rosemary

"Enjoyable experience. I dont think their steaks are as good as Ruth Chris, but I think for me the sides or ala cart offerrings were excellent. They made up for lesser main offering (the steaks were good, just not great). A bit pricey for me but I would dine there again for a special occasion. The wait staff we had was knowledgeable, kind and provided suggestions. Overall outstanding experience."
