"Oysters were awful...too much sauce/cheese on them. Ribeye was overcooked. Restaurant needs a face lift physically as well as the menu items. Two years ago was a much different restaurant. Doubt if we will go again next year during ski season. Magician is the best and our kids loveeeeee him!"

"poor overall experience. Two of us ordered medium rare prime rib which showed up with a brown color from too much time under a heat lamp. Floor around are table was covered in crumbs and had clearly not been vacuumed recently. Expensive dinner and not worth it."

"Didn't realize that on a Saturday night, there would be so many LOUD kids who continued to run around the restaurant, as their parents drank wine & ignored them. We were celebrating a birthday with our adult kids 20, 22, & 24. Even they were shocked by their behavior. Ken our server was OK, but not great. We had to continue to ask to refill waters & drinks. Not very attentive. Even after asking about a birthday cake, all he brought was the bill??? He may not have heard our request due to the noise level. Would NOT return or recommend."

"Our evening at the Chop House was disappointing to say the least. First you have to put a CC down to guarantee your reservation which is fine if the food and service had equalled the reservation approach. Not quite. The taste The food was average at best. We both ordered bone-in ribeye steaks. My husbands was think and looked yummy. However, it had no flavor. Very bland. Mine looked like it had been thinned with a mallet. It was overcooked and gristly. For $45 a piece these were not the steaks you expect. The service was inexperienced & unattentive. Overall very disappointing & I cannot recommend for the prices they charge."

"A chop house should have the best steaks which was not the case. It was extremely overpriced for the level of service and quality of food. The restaurants which were in the area far exceeded the Beaver Creek Chophouse. We are not opposed to paying top dollar if the total experience is top shelf."

"My son and I had a fantastic dinner there and the lobster chowder was out of this world.. Would definitely recommend it. Great ambiance and very busy place but good service and great food. Outdoor seating when the weather is good has a great view of the lower hill and good people-watching. Take the snow-cat to Beanos for an extra-special evening."

"We have been to this restaurant in the past and were very disappointed with the food and service. I must say that after this visit we have changed our mind. My husband and I had a wonderful tasty meal. Our Buffalo filet was cooked perfectly, the lobster tail was tender and juicy, the salad and mushroom a perfect compliment to the meal. Our server was attentive and knowledgeable. We are happy that we gave the Chop house another chance and we will return. The décor could use some updating and cleaning -its a little tired!"

"I chose the Beaver Creek Chophouse because we were attending a performance at the Vilar Center. It got good reviews on OT so we thought it would be convenient and offer something for everyone. It was all that and surprisingly good! They had a nice wine list and a large, varied menu. I had the wedge salad which was delicious. My friends had cheeseburgers and fries. The fries came out cool and they replaced them with hot french fries very fast. I had the pasta with grilled shrimp which was terrific. We got out in time to leisurely stroll to the Vilar Center. A surprising find in BC!"

"If you're looking for a special place to eat do not go here. The service was frankly terrible. As a matter of fact I'm generally very generous tipper and this was the lowest tip I've given likely in a decade. I got the pork chops and they were not cooked properly. The waitressed was as a whole helpless. Very nonchalant way of taking care of their customers I will not go back."
