"Service was wonderful - we were given a choice of waiting a few more minutes for a quieter spot near the window - and we took it. It was our anniversary and they surprised us with complimentary glasses of champagne. Nice, warm, cozy atmosphere with terrific view. We both shared the seafood pot and the flat iron steak - delicious on both accounts. It was great to have both."

"Service was very slow. It took 45 minutes for first glasses of wine to appear. We were told 4 times that bread would be out shortly, but it never came."

"From the start, service was excellent as they accomodated a 30 min delay in our reservation (because hotel check in was slow/late!). Food was great, including kids menu which include steak and salmon options - a treat for our kids! Wait service was very attentive. Only minor issue wasnousy baby nearby for part of time, but it is both family friendly and romantic."

"Year after year this place disappoints. The food is fine. The service is terrible. It is so slow and the servers were robotic. They should at least smile. My family and I had to wait 10 min for someone to stop by our table after being seated. The restaurant was only half full. I was there this weekend and they said they were out of waffles. They can't make them from scratch? It is lucky that it here isn't much else around. The view is spectacular. It's too bad that a resort this nice can't have a better quality restaurant experience."
