"Good vibe. Cocktails are very inventive and cool. Great presentation for everything from drinks, apps to entree's and desert. The tuna app is great. Lobster puff marginal and I would take a pass. Service was very good. Mac and cheese a big hit with the kids. Deserts are huge and inventive."

"Everything we ate was great. Voodoo shrimp rolls, lobster truffle Mac, gizmo chicken.. All good. Presentation makes Irgun to look at what other tables got too. Main courses and desserts are BIG portions in addition to tasting so good. As another reviewer also said, the nitrogen cocktails are great and yes, they get stronger if it all melts. Highly recommend the zen-tini."

"The restaurant is great for kids. My kids had a blast and were very entertained. The food is great in presentation, but without that not worth the hefty price. The food ws good but not fantastic nor what I would pay for that same food anywhere else. For me it was a one time shot for the experience."

"Food very artistically prepared and tasty. Service was below expectations relative to price point. Host was challenged to know how to seat us and noted another table had told her they were us, taking the reservation, so "it would be awhile." I finally asked her to have the manager resolve it. Dinner service was inconsistent - passable. Overall, for an exhibition of food as art, this place passes."

"Over the top presentation, overpriced mediocre food. Martinis at 29 dollars?! Seriously....They are not very good anyways. Kind of a touristy, tacky place. I would take out of town people there to impress them with the Miami Beach vibe and decadence but would not go there on a regular basis since the quality of the food is mediocre and it is extremely expensive."

"I had been wanting to go and check out this restaurant and it did not disappoint. The food presentation is AWESOME and very unique. Each entree comes with it's own personal twist and food is good! Our server was awesome and service was impeccable. Definitely a must more for the experience than the actual food."

"We were very disappointed with the bar tender service. Very unfriendly! We we booked the reservation, immediately we got a phone calll from the restaurant stating very clearly that there was a dress code; for which we were happy as that was what we were looking for. To our surprise, people sitting next to us were in shirts and sneakers, hoodies and jeans. I BELIEIVE THIS IS NOT A DRESS ATTIRE.
The tables were so close to one another that there was no other choice than to be part of everyones conversation.
Mike, our server, was the only one who made our night a pleasant one. He was so nice!!!

"My husband took me here for my birthday. We were seated in a corner table that would have been perfect had they not had a a table of 12 seated next to us where their waiter kept bumping into our table in order to serve them! Our waiter was BEYOND obnoxious! To the point that our meal was almost ruined. The food is just ok but the presentation is over the top incredible!"

"This place knows how to present food in spectacular ways. You may find yourself with fireworks on your table, literally. It's quite impressive and great for special occasions. However, there is a lot left to be desired from such an expensive restaurant that promises to be a one-of-a-kind experience.
The restaurant only excels in presentation. The food and service are sub-par. Moreover, the restaurant is designed to get people in and out of there quickly. They only bring two bread sticks per person and butter, which can't even be used on bread sticks. My step-mom ordered a Margarita drink which was close to $30 and it came with stale chips. For this kind of money, demand better food/service."

"Ok, so when I went into Barton G the restaurant and I saw the over the top food presentations and people taking photographs of themselves with the food. I thought it can't be good. Much to my surprise the food was excellent. Sleek dining room with a fun ambiance and oustanding service. The price for the food is exorbitant but for a one time experience it was great. The food is wasted on the kids but they will be totally entertained. Then again you have to sit next to this absurd generation of parents whose children can't seem to make it through a meal without watching a movie on an ipad. Seriously it won't kill your kid to have them sit up straight, engage in some meaningful conversation and appreciate how lucky they are."

"great date night restaurant. Amazing presentation, drinks, service and experience. Pricey but definitely worth it! Only negative was seating was too close and wasn't great to be all cozy and cute with your date."

"Barton G is an experience. The food was very good but didn't really stand out as far as taste goes. However, you go to this restaurant for presentation and that much I was extremely impressed by. The service was also the best I've had in a long time."

"We went here at the recommendation of someone I know from work. I am very fond of this man but I didn't know what he would value in a restaurant. Clearly we have different interests when it comes to dining. This place is all about theatrical presentation and gouging the customers. Spent the same amount at a fine restaurant called Osteria del Teatro the following night and it didn't feel exorbitant at all because the food was the star event and it was excellent."

"This is a perfect place to celebrate a special occasion!
Every dish is served in a unique presentation, this creates a
fun n festive vibe through out the whole place. iPhones taking pictures
of your neighbors dish while waiting for your own ! I loved
the concept and will return. Yes there will be damage but
you will have enjoyed every bit of it. The deserts are all top
Notch. We had the chocolate indulgence n it's worth
every calorie. Happy birthday to me! I had a great time n I recommend
you visit!"

"Five Stars all around! By far one of THE best restaurants we have ever eaten! The Kobe Beef Sliders were AMAZING! The presentation of the dishes kept us wanting to order more. Best cocktails in South Beach! The Nitrogen Martini's are absolutely worth the $$.

"When my friends heard we would be visiting the miami area they said that we had to go to Barton G. We were not disappointed. It is an experience! We loved the fancy drinks with liquid nitrogen, we loved the presentation of the food and we loved our waiter. It is an experience-an expensive experience but very worth it the $$$$!!"

"Absolutely gorgeous venue! Expensive but worth every penny for ambiance and food quality. Excellent wine list. Be sure and have a glass of champagne while waiting for your table in the intimate bar. Just be sure and specify which room you would like to dine in. We ate in the intimate inside villa whose walls were adorned with stones and beautiful mosaics. There is also outside dining overlooking a gorgeous pool and fountain and also another room in the back for inside dining."
