"We felt totally ignored after we received our food. There were other tables that came in after us, and they received their food and dessert and left before we did. Our server tended to the table behind us quite often, and rarely stopped by our table to see how we were doing. At first we were going to have dessert, but it took so long for our server to come to our table after we finished our meal, we changed our minds. Also, my bone-in rib-eye was a little to pink, which wasn't too bad, but it was very fatty. We usually come here every year for Father's Day, not so sure we'll be back."

"I have been going to the Palm in Tysons for almost a decade. It is always an amazing experience! A warm greeting at the host stand from Tim, the manager, to the best bartenders/mixologists extraordinaire in town, Robin, Smitty, Sean and more, my favorite server, Mishka, who makes the best recommendations so you don't have to even look at the menu... just trust his judgment with the few questions he asks and he will come up with an amazing dining experience, their fantastic events coordinator, Beatrice, who puts together wine tasting events and helps organize your special events... it is an experience everyone should enjoy! I highly recommend the Palm for every event!"

"I am a frequent visitor to the Palm and have always appreciated their service, great food and attention to detail. This occasion was no different. Erin was our server and she did a great job explaining the specials and recommending specific steaks to my guests.
The wine was great and the steaks even better. This is the place for having a great meal. The service always takes it to another level as well. Several political celebrities were in the restaurant that night enjoying the same great food and service."

"Always enjoy the Palm as our go-to place for steak and an old-fashioned dining experience. In this case we had the lobster-for-two special, which was terrific. Think it was an $80 deal but once you add drinks and tip you're always well above $100 for two here.

"We were only able to get an early reservation on a Saturday night. Service was OK, not great, and we felt we were somewhat being rushed through dinner. We ordered the summer lobster special dinner for 2 and lobster tail was disappointing, definitely not up to Palm standards since "mushy." Overall, not one of our better nights at the Palm which, frankly, surprised us."

"We went for a birthday and did the lobster special which is one if the best promotions. We had 1 six pound lobster and 1 four pound as well as the prime rib, so a great surf and turf combo. The soft shell crab is really good but what makes it great is the really spicy habanero sauce they give you. All in all the food was great and our server was great. The whole ambience is what I don't like about the Palms, the tables are too close together and can't really have a conversation with the people at your table unless you are yelling because it gets really really loud."

"A group of us went to enjoy the 837 Burgers (named from their frequent diners club). These are massive steak burgers cooked to order. It was one of the best burgers ever. Great flavor and perfectly cooked. Service was good, as always.

"Our Service was Outstanding! We participated in the $8.37 Burger day for May. The burgers were great and it was nice to get such great quality at the special rate. Very nice affordable lunch options on other days as well. They have a great event planner and small private rooms available too. This will continue to be one of my favorite spots to hold events at. "Took my wife and kids ( 2) to the Palm for Mother's day. Got a good table at the right time. The service was attentive without being invasive. They were very accommodating when we asked to split one meal between our 2 children. We had crab cakes, chicken parm and the burger. All of the portions were huge!

And not only that, while our server was nice, he forgot the extra sauce, and forgot to bring the coffee until dessert was over. It was Mother's Day, and now I know why this was the only restaurant with open space. Way too overpriced, no view, zero ambience."

"My wife and I went to the Palm for Mother's Day. Bottom line, it is a great place to visit. The service was excellent. The food was great and the portions large. However, at the end of the evening, the bill came to $214. I did not mind paying it, but on the way home, we kept thinking about all the other places we could have gone with multiple visits for the same cost. Overall, great experience, but all things being equal, will probably go to a lower cost competitor in the future."

"Loved our server. Can't remember his name unfortunately. The LOBSTER BISQUE is to die for. I could only eat half and had to take my delish crab cakes home as a result. Oh, I got mozzarella/tomato as a small side salad and it was yummo. I was trying to do low carb, so the crab cakes and caprese salad were great for that. I did not want heavy steak for lunch."

"With the location behind Tysons Galleria (not inside the mall, but next to the main entrance of the Ritz), the restaurant offered a great place to meet friends and coworkers after work. Their salads are delicious, but the tab is in the slightly high end. The service was good."

"I had lunch with a friend. I had the soup of the day which was bland and the salmon, which was just a piece of salmon grilled (about a half inch thick). There was no marinade or sauce--it came with a very small tin of tomato relish. Very disappointing. By contrast my friend had the tuna, which she thought was excellent. So go figure."

"Wanted a great steak dinner. Had a great dinner. The waiter Misha was awesome. He took time to explain everything and even told us some great places to visit overseas. He did a really good job recommending what to eat and I was pleased with every bite. I would say as good as the food was, I'd go back just to visit with Misha. They have some really good personnel working there. I'm sure that we'l go back again!"

"Worst dining and service experience I have ever had at the Palm. Normally the food is perfect and the service outstanding. Unfortunately that was not the case this time. The order came out wrong. The order was slow to come out. Nobody checked on our drinks. The onion straws were inedible the first two times they came out. The first time they weren't even warm. They were soggy and rubbery. The third attempt was better but still not up to their standards. The fries were also somewhat soggy too. It seemed as if the oil was not hot enough to properly cook the fries and onion straws.
I would not let his review dissuade you from eating there, this was most likely just likely an off day for them."

"The food was superb as usual. Our server was excellent. Very attentive and great at filling drinks and attending to our requets. However, the wait time for the food took a while where we even had to ask for more bread. I noticed two other tables get served before us and we were seated before them. Granted there were 5 of us and the other table was of 3 on one side and 2 on the other. But that would still be 5 more meals to prepare. Luckily we had a 30 minute buffer to get back for meetings but it seemed longer than are usual dining experience there."

"Being familiar with the Palm in Tyson's Corner, I booked our 41st wedding anniversary dinner there. The reason I selected the Palm was primarily the excellent service and the quality of the food. (Not to mention that they are one of the very few restaurants that stock Blantons Bourbon at their bar). The seating was punctual and when an unexpected 5th person showed the restaurant did not wait for a request but rather immediatly seated us at a larger table. Overall this is a great dining experience, the food and service are well worth the time and money, however it can be quite pricy, so don't go there if you are watching your pennies."

"We had a waiter this time that was unusually behind and unable to catch up all night. We ordered things that never came to the table and we weren't offered dessert or coffees. Not our best experience but the food was still great."
