"If one is considering Afternoon Tea while in New Orleans, there is no better place than the Windsor Court. Service is gracious and the food and cocktails are glorious. PLEASE take good note of the fact that there is a 20% gratuity added to your entire check. We did not see that notice,which is in small print on the menu, and left a 25% gratuity for the excellent service. One might think that the server would have mentioned this, but that did not happen. Although the hotel was very amenable to removing the "extra" gratuity, it ended a wonderful experience on a sour note. So... wonderful ambiance, food, and service; as in all things, read the fine print very carefully."

"Added charge for a few more sandwiches ( tea size) was unexpected and pricey. Tea cost $125.00 total for two. Service was not attentive. When you are at the top of the price game for tea, which should be a pampered experience, this failed. The harpist was on a brake most of the time we were there."

"It started off nicely but our waiter literally disappeared and we waited about 45 minutes on the check. We asked the hostess could we get the check from her and she dismissed our request with the old "he won't be much longer at the other table". We kept trying to get his attention in a polite way but he never even looked our way. since they automatically added the tip in the bill, even though it was only two of us, I quess he fiqured he had nothing to lose. He would have gotten tipped more though without the crazy wait for the check."

"I made the reservation to celebrate a belated birthday for my mother in law and for my daughter to experience the tea before we move back to the east coast. We really enjoyed the afternoon. The service was outstanding; professional, friendly, quick, and warm. The food didn't seem like a lot, but by the time we left we were full. My daughter even liked the salmon sandwiches and she's 6.
Thank you for making our day special. I have told a lot of people that they have to go to the Windsor Court for the tea!"

"We went here for high tea service during a Girl's Weekend and had an absolutely lovely time. Great tea selection and impeccable service. I wasn't a huge fan of the final sweets tray but the sandwiches and scones were good. The Salon itself is beautiful and provides great ambiance."

"The service was great. I felt like it was way overpriced for the amount of food though. We left hungry. We feel like it should have been more food since we had 3 people. The hotel is beautiful and the staff was great and very pleasant. I wanted my daughter to experience a traditional tea . So this outing was perfect for that. However if it were cheaper we would return quite often but with this price its hard to come back."

"Beautiful setting and flowers and wonderful live harp music. Desserts aren't as good as we're years ago But were ok. Sandwiches were nice and would have preferred two of each instead of one of each. The fresh fruit plate which my friend requested was excellent and contained plenty of berries and melon. Scones were good; lemon curd and Devonshire cream were divine and excellent. We had a very good waiter and tea was good. Of note, I have tea at Windsor Court about 12-15 times over past 20 years and am a native New Orleanian. . I would return. The cucumber sandwich is my favorite item at brunch!"

"This is my second visit to Le Salon for tea with my daughters. Once again, it was a delight. The atmosphere is just lovely for a high tea. Elegant tables and sofas for seating, beautiful harp music being played, and gorgeous paintings all add to the feeling that you're somewhere special. The service is wonderful. Our waiter was informative, helpful, and attentive without being intrusive. He helped us choose the perfect teas to accompany our food. The food itself was delicious and beautifully served. It was almost too pretty to eat. My favorites were the scones with Devonshire cream and raspberry jam. We had a lovely afternoon together there."
