"Food is good but everything was very rushed, get in get out. Service was ok, not very friendly. We had a waitress and a trainee and I don't think I seen either one smile or even look like they wanted to be there. We were halfway through our appitizer when our main course arrived. Very loud for a family restaurant"

"My wife and I went to PF Chang's for Mother's Day lunch. Everyone was very polite and helpful. They have great Happy Hour of drinks and food all day long. The problem after that is what to choose for your main course. The proportions are very large. And we loved the 60's music in the background. We will return."

"Pf changs is becoming our fave place to dine while in Vegas or taking a vacation. Every one @ their staff is very jovial and extra helpful to your requests. I requested to be seated close to the tv to watch the NBA playoffs and they accommodated my requests. The waikiki staff are topnotch with great customer service ( esp. Jing and brett). We ate twice , a testament to their great customer service and 5 star food. Keep up the good job!"

"Can always count on quick seating for small parties. Outdoor dining has nice environment although busy Waikiki area - sometimes with smokers walking by. Quick friendly service, efficient. I always enjoy the prix fixe menu for 2 with 2 soups, 1 pupu, 2 entrees, and 2 ice creams for dessert. My favorites are Chang's Spicy Chicken and Kung Pao Chicken. Pineapple coconut ice cream was the perfect way to finish the meal."

"The food was fine and the service was friendly, but the restaurant has not learned to deal with all the tourists in the area. We waited almost an hour for our meal because the kitchen got backed up. I miss their old location at Ward Center where it was a little off the beaten path and you didn't feel like your were rushed. Too many great local restaurants in Waikiki to waste your time at this chain restaurant/"

"My friend and I dined there on a Saturday night in Waikiki. When we got to the restaurant we noticed a line of people waiting outside, so I thought we may have to wait as well even though we had the reservation. We were able to walk in and be seated right away! Using Open Table really facilitates having to wait. With that said, our server Michelle was very efficient and attentive with her service. My friend ordered the egg drop soup and the lettuce wraps, which she thoroughly enjoyed. I ordered the honey shrimp which is always delicious, my favorite dish. Will definitely go back when in Waikiki again."

"Had reservations for 7 PM on Valentine's Day. We arrived about 10 minutes early. People without reservations were being told 40-60 minute waits at the door. People calling on the phone were being told not to come. We were seated 5 minutes early. Dinner was fine and service was great. "Too loud and boisterous for my taste. I guess thats what Waikiki is now - Las Vegas in the Pacific.
Sand in the salad and greasy egg rolls - just those two were enough to turn me off to the entire meal. The service was good, and I give the crew credit for keeping attitudes up while swarmed with tourists."

"We went for Happy Hour Appies and drinks. The three of us shared an order of each of the following; crab wonton, shrimp dumplings, salt and pepper calamari, lettuce wrap, seared ahi tuna and dynamite shrimp. Our favorites are the Ahi tuna which was served with salad, Dynamite shrimp and lettuce wrap. Everyting was exceptional in taste and presentation except the calamari was a bit disappointing in that it looked like small pieces of shoestring and lacked flavor. The waiter, Tony, was attentive and checked on us often to see if we needed anything. The hostess was lovely and always friendly and cheerful. We did not leave there hungry and the bill came to just about $44 for 6 appies, a beer and a soda. I would definitely return."

"I'm not sure why we don't have P.F. Chang in Canada - we are truly missing great food! As my first experience to this restaurant - I can't say enough about the quality and taste of the food, especially the Mongolian Beef. Our server, Andrew, had suggested that dish and he went above and beyond to make our first experience a memorable one and one that has left us salivating for more."

"It started great, we had a 8 o'clock reservation, showed up at 8 and was seated immediately!
It took more than 5minutes for a server to greet us and then it was 8:16 before we got our first drinks. The server allowed my glass to sit empty over and again.
The food finally arrived, it was room temperature, even the rice. The Moo Goo Gai Pan was flavorless, chicken was tough, luke warm and too much corn starch made the sauce thick and gelatinous, no baby corn, no boc choy, no mushrooms, there was a lot of celery and water chestnuts; disappointing.
We ordered wonton soup to go, at the beginning of the meal, we did not get it until 5 minutes after we paid out bill and were waiting for it to go."
