"My family and I were really blown away by the beautiful Sunday brunch Carmen's had for Father's Day. This place is BY FAR the BEST brunch in the area. The food is delicious and they offered everything you can imagine. They even had a soup station, smoked salmon station, imported mixed cheese and fruit station, etc. We enjoyed the steak station with toppings, the spicy mashed potatoes, etc. The chefs at the buffet were such professionals and so friendly. It was also nice that the larger groups were in a separate section of the restaurant. (Sometimes it's too hard to hear if you're a small table sandwiched in between huge parties). Overall, everything was wonderful and we will def be back! Thanks!"

"A nice venue for a special occasion dinner. However, there was a large wedding party having a cocktail hour in the area adjacent to the dining area which was extremely noisy. Service was very slow considering there were only four tables of patrons. Our waiter mixed up the orders as he was taking them down and had to have each diner repeat their order. He never reappeared to ask if we wanted another round of drinks (we did) or wanted more bread (we did). He seemed very harried. However, the meal was spectacular. Presentation was lovely and the food was delicious."

"Made a reservation. weeks in advance to celebrate our daughter's graduation from U of Scranton. After two and a half hours, we left angry, hungry and disappointed after only being served our appetizers. There was a party (wedding?) going on in another room, and the kitchen was clearly unprepared. With the restaurant located one block from campus, they certainly should have had this date on their calendar. Sorry to say there were several other tables that also got up and left when we did without being served entrees."

"From the time we entered the facility (gorgeous), the entire staff was courteous, helpful and friendly. We did not have to ask for anything, it just seemed that someone was always there to ask us what was needed. The fool was delicious and the choices many. The children have a lot to look at with the history of the building and the outdoor scenery. You will love it."

"Three of us went to dinner for a night before Mother's Day dinner because we always go there for holiday buffets which are outstanding. Two of us ordered steak, one Filet, both were on the tough side. The French Onion soup was tasteless and that's hard to do with that soup. My other companion had fish and was happy with that. For the price we paid, we deserved much better food. Sadly, we won't be returning for a regular dinner, although we will go back for the holiday buffet."

"my husband and i were in carmen's a couple of evenings ago for our anniversary. we had a private table and it was very romantic. the food was wonderful. we both had the misto salad, crab cakes and steak. being from maryland, we admit we are very picky about our seafood and most of the time very disappointed at the attempt to make "maryland crabcakes". we really enjoyed ours at carmens. we had been to functions before at the radisson, but we can't speak for the hot spot, vibrant bar scene, etc. we did notice the tables and chairs on the outside of the building, and even though we haven't had the pleasure of dining at the particular spot, i have a love for the outdoor dining for lunch or dinner. the service was good, waitresses friedl"

"Food was good but too expensive. Trying to be a Patsels but can't I found it hard to hear at diner because of the piano player.Quite is more enjoyable then a piano playing. If I want to hear music I'll go to a concert not dinner. I won't be back!"

"More disappointed with this website. Advertised the Easter brunch - I tried making reservations for the 11 am period but they were booked. THIS website suggested 9:30 - IT DID NOT TELL ME THAT THE BRUNCH DIDN'T START UNTIL 11:00 AM. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED - EXPECTING A NICE BUFFET BUT COULD ONLY ORDER OFF THE MENU - very limited choices - could have went to Denny's and gotten more at a better price. The staff at the Radisson was too busy preparing for the buffet and didn't really care for us early birds. Will never do this again."

"The food was pretty good. though I thought there would be more with the price I paid, or at least include free drinks. The server seemed busy and not very personable but they did check on us. The brunch ended about forty minutes after we got there and the buffet attendants let you know they wanted to get out of there through body language (staring, leaning, etc). When asked questions they didn't seem super friendly not annoyed but almost, it was just enough. Overall the food was good some really good some just ok. The vibe of the atmosphere was nice with live piano and high ceilings. I'd change the server's and attendant's attitudes and either lower the price or add higher quality items to the brunch."
