"The porcini rub steak with balsamic glaze was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!!! One of the best steaks we've ever had! Our waiter was seriously great....he suggested a delicious wine in the same price range of a wine that we wanted but they were out of. Great night!"

"Had Mother's Day brunch at Capital Grille and found it just so-so. Food was good, but not exceptional. Fixed price menu had good choices, but the sole was very bland, salads just OK. Steak was good. I don't think I'd go back on one of the fixed-price brunch events."

"We probably go to Capital Grille once or twice a month and I could go there every evening. Everything on the menu is amazing, appetizers, entrees, sides and of course awesome desserts. Their ricotta cheesecake is the best I've ever had. The bar is lively and fun. Words can't express how good this restaurant is!!"

"My wife and I went for a early dinner prior to a show and we were in a bit of a hurry. Our waiter Van was great. He made us feel like we were his only table and accommodated our rush to make the show. He even had our car pulled around in advance prior to us getting the check so we could make a quick exit. The food was amazing, start with the lobster crab cakes. My wife had the Sliced Filet which was amazing and I had the diver scalps with cheese grits. They have a great wine selection and you must visit. We will definitely be going back."

"This restaurant makes everyone feel appreciated whether you dine there often or not. The heirloom tomatos with fresh mozarella (made in-house every 2 hours) with balsamic reduction is the best in town. Followed up by parmesan crusted sole. And that was just my meal! "I am over the moon about our meal at Capital Grille. We celebrated our anniversary here recently and they rolled out the red carpet. The services was the best we've ever experienced and even the chef came to our able to check on us! The steaks are mouth-watering, the portions are huge (enough for several to share the sides), and as far as fine dining goes... one of the best I've ever experienced. And they're laid back, too... they boxed up what we couldn't finish without hesitation. We cannot wait to go back. We'd like to try their private dining in the wine room."

"Went to the Capital Grille Uptown for our 26th wedding anniversary. One of the best experiences not only because the food was great but more importantly because of the way the management team and our server Sean took care of us on this very special day for us. I had included a note with our open table reservation I put in on my iPad. The note said that it was our anniversary and could they please make it special and locate our table in a low traffic area. The team there went above and beyond my request... Our table was in the back of the dining room which was great...the staff had all signed a card with a romantic verse on it and it was on the table with a red rose and heart confetti. Then they brought us a complementary Champagne..."

"Everyone says Capital Grille is a great restaruant to eat at, and everyone is right!!! Completely enjoyed my dining experience. The calamari was delicious and spicy! The tomato & mozeralla salad was pure perfection. I opted for the bone in ribeye, and boy was I happy with my selection! My steak was cooked to perfection and seasoned even better than that! (if better than perfect is even possible) Great place to have a romantic dinner out, or celebrate a special occasion. Can't wait to eat here again!"

"Awesome experience from beginning to end. Our waiter was superb and the food. We are III Forks regulars but the steak here was very good. We were seated at our desired time and service was so great until we were fed and gone within an hour and a half. We did not want for anything."

"We have been to many upscale restaurants in the DFW area, and we are hard-pressed to find a better restaurant. The ambiance was outstanding and the service was immaculate...Jay Paul made us feel right at home and we never had to request anything--his timing was superb! We celebrated Valentine's as a first-time patrons to this establishment and will not be the last."
