"We have dined at this Capital Grill many times, but we have decided to make this our anniversary dinner tradition. Last year and this year, they have not let us down by their attention to detail. We arrived to a very romantic table, set with hearts, x's and o's confetti sprinkled on the table, and an anniversary card signed by some of the staff members. At the end of our meal we were offered a glass of champagne and complimentary desserts. After the wonderful meal that we had, we did not have room to eat another bite, so our waitress, Angelia boxed two desserts up for us to take home for later."

"Very Annoying wait time to be seated. Had reservation time of 7:15 pm on Saturday evening for four people. Arrived early at 6:50 pm and seated at 7:25 pm. Several groups of people had arrived AFTER us and were seated BEFORE us. What is even more annoying is that while we were being seated at 7:25 pm, there were several tables already available for 4 people (un-occupied). Spoke to the manager, who gave excuses. Capital Grille needs to do a better job seating their customers on a timely basis, especially if there are open tables available."

"We came here for Mother's Day and it did not disappoint. Upon sitting down we were provided with fruit and a bread basket with apple turnovers which were moist and not too sweet. Service was friendly and attentive. The sirloin steak had good flavoring and the parmesan crusted sole was light with a delicate taste. The cheesecake for dessert was moist and the burnt sugar on top was a nice touch that added to the flavor."

"Another great experience at the Capital Grill, this was my first time dining at this location and it was another great experience in par with the other locations. I took servral colleagues of mine who were in town for a conference and they were very impressed with the service, food and wine list. The waiter was very informative and detailed when explaining the menu and options. I highy recommend this place to entertain clients or business associates."

"I mentioned our anniversary in the reservation. We were greeted with "Happy Anniversary" and then led to a quiet table in a smaller room. There was heart confetti and a card set up for us! I also loved being offered a black napkin since I was wearing a dark colored skirt. LOVED this!!!! Our waiter was personable without being intrusive. We didn't want to drink too much at dinner and decided on a 1/2 bottle. We also wanted to save room for dessert and our waiter understood...he brought out our desserts and had a candle in them. Nice touch:) Also, he gave us a glass of champagne which was above and beyond. One of our desserts was complimentary as well. All of these touches combined were appreciated! We'll be back!"

"Service was off. Personable but not the efficiency I expect. Took too long to get our wine order and longer still to take our dinner order. Did she have too manat tables perhaps? I don't want to be ruahed but taking so long to get wine and a dinner order is not what I expect there. Warning that wines available do not match the wine list. We ordered two different wines and neither was available. Unacceptable for a restaurant that touts its wine list. We got tired of trying and waiting for her to bring the years they did have not the years we ordered and ended up with a reasonable cab. Update your list please."

"I've been to this location one time before at the bar to have a few martini's. The service was decent, nothing to talk about. The hubby & I decided to take advantage of the 1000 point reservation for dinner. Arrived early & sat at the bar. The service was bad. No menu, notice & when we finally got to order a drink it just sat at the service bar forever. So got seated to the table instead.
The service was wonderful & the food was AMAZING! Steak juicy/cooked to perfection. Seafood fresh & yum!! Would go back for a meal...absolutely. Only thing I would request for next time would be to get seated at a larger table/booth. The place was close to empty & for some reason they would only seat us in the smallest tables in the place."

"We celebrated my wife's birthday in style; my 40 year old son remarked that "this was the best steak he has ever had." My 7 year old grand daughter remarked that "everyone was so nice and my food was very good." My wife was very happy. So was I. They even took a picture of my wife and grand daughter together and presented it to them. They made us feel at home."

"Can't say enough about Capital Grille -- had a great 50th birthday celebration with a small family group. We made reservations last minute for a Saturday night and were treated like VIP Royalty -- we had lots of dietary issues and allergies, and our waiter (and the kitchen) didn't bat an eye. Everything was delicious; all sorts of very gracious special complimentary touches and to top everything off, we weren't rushed. All in all a great night -- can't wait to come back!"

"Capital Grille exceeded all of our expectations last evening for my husband's birthday.We had visited almost a year ago,and we were not impressed, especially for the high cost of everything.Last evening we were seated in a very comfortable, roomy booth which set the tone for cozy & relaxing.The waiter Dewey, who was amazing, presented us with complimentary champagne after my husband ordered some wine. Dewey was attentive and took photos when we asked along with one of his own. Then, we were presented with a copy of that photo in a holder to take home. The steak and lobster tails were cooked deliciously with a complimentary piece of mocha/chocolate flourless cake with a candle on top. An expensive a la carte place but a memorable time."

"The Capital Grille has always been a favorite for myself and my spouse. We have enjoyed many birthdays, anniversaries, and date nights there. We decided to sit at the bar this time instead of a table. The bartender was wonderful. I ordered a margarita and it was delicious! The atmosphere is always romantic, the music is pleasant and all of the staff are a huge cut above anywhere else."

"My girlfriend and I had our one year anniversary dinner here last week and our food was good, but our server Bill was awesome. "This was an excellent meal for all of us! I have to admit I had my reservations about coming here but I am incredibly glad I did. I despise "steakhouses" and I never get a good steak there. But my entire meal at Capital Grille was amazing!! The steak, was amazing and mine came with a delectable glaze that really ignited the flavors of the steak itself.
I would strongly recommend the Lobster Mac and Cheese and the dish with cream corn and bacon.
They also did a very good job at maintaining elegance in the atmosphere and in the presentation. The only reason I gave the Ambiance 1 less star was that it was quite dark and we sat next to a TV, which was framed and used as a digital picture frame and it got rather packed later in the eveni"
