"I had to plan a short notice business dinner for 8 that turned into 10 when we showed up! They were wonderfully accommodating! service was prompt, polite & kind. Food was good & everything was served timely & hot. Contrary to some other reviews it really does feel like a hotel resturant. A good one but hotel resturant none the less. The business all 10 of us are in is Specialty Foods which makes us a bunch of high end Foodies with dinning expectations set pretty high. Given all of that, no one complained too much about anything but the ambiance and that's saying a lot!! So, this place works well for a Foodie on travel or anyone looking for good food with no glitter. AND the prices are extremely reasonable!!!"

"The view from here is special, the food is special and the service is special. All nine of us were pleased with our dinner, The lamb is one of the best I have eaten in any of the local restaurants."

"For a hotel (Embassy Suities), this was not a bad resturant. My wife dropped in on a Sunday and they had a steady flow of people. We both had the March special for $29 - nice salad, filet migon tips and deseret. All were good, not over the top. They also have a good wine list, but we broth our own - they did not charge us a corkage fee. I'd recommend this resturant."

"Excellent restaurant! We had the prix fixed menu which was great! A salad, entree and dessert for $29 a person was an excellent deal. The food waa good and the wine the server suggested to go with our meals made it even better. What made it a truly memorable experience was the service! Our server and server assistant were excellent, attentive and funny. Don't let it throw you off that it's inside the Embassy Suites, it's a fantastic restaurant!"

"Although it's inside a hotel, you always go with the food and you cannot go wrong with Tower Bridge Bistro. We ordered the lamb chops, prime rib and chicken and all three were succulent to the last bite."

"Nice place. The prime rib was very tasty and the little pizza my daughter had was very good. However, my wife's fish dish was loaded with spines. After only mentioning it to the bus boy when he collected our dishes the management removed her entire PRE fix meal from our bill. That was about 30 bucks. Unlike other places we've been to where they remove something from the bill but stop giving you the rest of the courses (dessert for example) they did not. The location of this place is in a hotel so it can become somewhat crowded since its located next to their food court. If you don't look at as fancy dinning than its actually a rather nice place."

"Service was excellent, food was nice. I was hoping for more river view, a touch more ambience, maybe when outside dining is available. Perfect place if you are staying in the hotel."
