"Very nice. Wine was corked. 2nd bottle was off too. The manager was really understanding and let me have a glass of wine instead. Food was ok. Ravioli plate was good but if weren't for the sauces it would have been flavorless. Veal very salty. Seafood pasta w vodka sauce was ok. Good entertainment. $35 3 course was excellent value. Would try again."

"Had Mother's Day brunch here in the patio area, not sidewalk, and it was a delightful little nook for two. We had made reservations for 4 but company was unable to make it into town in time; that would've been just as fun and comfortable with 4 people. The brunch menu was a great variety of Italian, on the lighter side. Yes, there were some pastas but it didn't make me overloaded on starch. Loved the grilled veggies which included grilled egg plant. Will definitely come back again in same patio area."

"I highly recommend this gem of a restaurant in the heart of downtown Willow Glen . The Mederranian salad was great and included an anchovie. It was a half order, which was just enough for one person. I wish the salad would have had more anchovies on it, but I am sure if I would have asked, I would have been accommodated. The waiter was excellent and was very accomodating in changing out the pasta and sauce on the dishes, as requested. The ambience was great and was not too noisy."

"We sat outside on a fabulous warm summer-like evening and enjoyed the bustle of the street and people going by. It was a little noisy just to be clear, buses and cars, etc. But we wanted that outside ambiance.

Food was really delicious. Caprese - amazing. Frogs legs - interesting. Poached Salmon - delicious. Special pasta with ham, peas, rigatoni - fantastic!

Service was very good. I would definitely return."

"This place was amazing, the food was unique and the wine list was interesting. I overall had a great experience. It is a little

"Up front when we arrived the lady did not even acknowledge we were standing in front of her, minutes later she rushed us to a table without even making eye contact. The server was a nice guy but no matter what we ask for, everything was his favorite. Food was nothing to be impress about.. I had a lasagna and I am tempted to say they just microwaved and the server wait to long to bring it to the table because it was almost cold by the time it came to the table. Music was playing live on a Friday afternoon. We are not going back."

"A good option for a nice/somewhat casual night out close to home. Service was pretty poor with a mostly unattentive waiter without a lot of polish. Live music was actually nice and not too loud. Food was decent but great and overall I'd go back, but it's not at the top of my list."

"The waiter was wonderful and fun. He engaged in some conversation with us to understand why we were there, and brought all the food smoothly and kept the water and check-ins coming at an appropriate time but not too often. The food very yummy with a great selection of different things. I also liked that you could get 1/2 portions which was a must for some of the rich pasta dishes.

"We found a great value at Happy hour, with all wines, including large glasses of tasty house Cab and Sauvignon Blanc at half price, great apps that can slide into becoming dinner. There was jazz this Thursday night, so of course the noise level was not comfortable for normal conversation, but no stars off for that plus the music felt great. We will return on a normal weeknight and sample more of their ample classic Italian menu."

"I picked very good only for the CINGHIALE SU SPAGHETTI. When we came over recently, I was a little disappointed because that dish was unavailable. So, I tried the Osso Buco. The taste was ok, but the portion was rather small. The Osso Buco dish was about the same price as the Cinghiale Spaghetti but had only one half or a third of the plate amount of the Cinghiale. The Cinghiale was very tasty and in large portion."

"We dined here for Valentine's Day. It was prix fixed and the selections were great. The wild boar pot roast and the filet mignon were superb, as were the starters and desserts. Great wine selection, too. Overall, a quaint restaurant worth visiting."

"Very good experience. Especially the food, service was a little slower then I would have liked, but the food more then made up for it. The bread was fresh. The seafood appetizer was good, though the sauces were just so so. The entree I had, a ribbon pasta with shrimp crab and lobster meat, the best I have ever ever had. It was seasoned perfectly, cooked perfectly, overall a perfect dish. Can't wait to eat the leftovers tomorrow. ;) the ambiance was nice, a live performer who was very talented. Wish I had know there'd be one so I could have gotten cash for a tip. Great place, will go again."

"We live in Willow Glen and were entertaining out of town guests. The food and service and Vin Santo is consistently good which make it a great place to take out-of-towners. I wish they had a full bar though."
