"This place has amazing sushi! I love the mango rolls, my all time favorite. The appetizers and dessert were really good too. I would recommend the crab Rangoon for an appetizer and the cheesecake bites for dessert. Walking in the we were greeted quite well but our server was very attentive. Meaning he didn't check back to see if we needed anything and when we asked for napkins he said he only had one and there was three of us. I thought this was weird but the food was so good that we didn't let the table service ruin it for us. Also the have a huge water fall but it wasn't working. :("

"Went out with a group of ladies from work for a spontaneous lunch get-together. Service at Rice Bistro was quick, and tasty. I highly recommend starting with the Spicy Edamame. It was not as hot as we anticipated, and a good conversation starter. The entire Rice Bistro menu was flexible for those in our group who didn't want to have sushi, and the lunch combinations (A, B, C, or D) were a good way to make ordering less of a hassle. Definitely recommend this to my other coworkers.
Also enjoyed the design of the interior; calm, earthy colors on the walls with dark wood tables and chairs made for a relaxing dining experience."

"This was our first visit for dinner and it was very good. We had a spicy green curry and a Yushan shrimp stir fry with fresh vegetables. The hot and sour soup and sushi were also delicious. The ingredients were fresh and perfectly cooked. Our waitress was very personable and, without our asking, brought my husband a creamy Flan dessert to help us celebrate his birthday. We plan to go back again and again."

"We were @ Rice for a birthday celebration (mine) and had a wonderful time. The sushi was amazing! We had a wonderful waiter, who was very patient with us as we were talking and took awhile to decide what we wanted. He could not have been nicer! LOVE this place!"

"We've been here before and have always loved this place so that's why we continue to come back. Unfortunately the food wasn't all that memorable. Don't get me wrong, it wasn't bad, it just wasn't anything you'd want to come back for. The portions seemed to have shrunk (especially the stuffed mushrooms), the salad dressing was just ok and there wasn't enough on the salad so all you got was a mouth full of greens. But on a positive note, our server was very attentive and our water glasses never went empty."

"We went for Restaurant Week and ordered from that menu. The appetizers were on the smallish size, but delicious. My entree was the Fire on Fire Roll. It had just the right amount of "fire" for my taste and the tuna was excellent. My wife had the lamb chops and they were tender and delicious. Our deserts included Green Tea and Strawberry Mochi ice cream. I don't know what the outside of the ice cream balls were coated in, but it was very good. Great flavor and a very refreshing way to finish the meal. They had a nice selection of wines and beers. The service was attentive and very pleasant. The restaurant is in a strip mall, but once you step inside, you'd never know it. The interior is tastefully decorated and had a nice ambiance"

"The food was ok not fabulous. The place was very noise. They were out of some sushi items. The waiter was very busy with lots of tables. We had a 7:30 reservation and were seated about 8:00. The bar area was nice, however, very small and crowded with dinner guests."

"We went with four of our great friends to RICE last Friday for 5280 Restaurant Week and had a good time. We had some tasty sake with which I think had chambord in it. I forgot the full name of the roll we had but "fire" was in the name and it was a lovely roll. The service was good too a little wait on our table but that was to be expected on a Friday night in an elegant and cozy restaurant. I recommend trying RICE at least once if you have not done so and especially for 5280 Restaurant Week."

"Seated promptly. Waited 15 minutes for waiter to take order. Did not receive what we ordered. No offer to replace item with what we DID order. No wine list offered. Waiter seemed disinterested, distracted. Waited 10 minutes for eating utensils. When utensils finally brought, food was cold. No offer to reheat meals. Entrees had no flavor and the Sweet and Sour Shrimp was served with a mysterious red, glutenous sauce thrown over the top, making plate look like someone had bled all over it. After our plates were cleared, waiter brought the check and flung fortune cookies at us like a card dealer in a casino. No offer of an after-dinner coffee or dessert. Twelve years in SE Asia I know Asian cuisine and fine service, and this was not it!"
