"Their dishes are some of the finest. Christian's elegance and joy of cooking permeates the staff and makes for a memorable evening. I was pleasantly surprised by their Calamari salad with sublime hints of Asian spice that is understated and inviting. The prosciutto appetizer was also paired with black truffle shaving, toasted pistachios and cru balsamic and olive oil. The lobster was prepared in a delightful sauce with hints of coconut. The rack of lamb was grilled to perfection. The chocolate plate was exquisite. We paired our meal with both a Bergaglio Gavi "Riva del Parroco" and a Bergaglio Super Piedmont blend of Nebbiolo, Cabernet and Barbera called "Sassaia". Delightful. The experience is Michelin Star quality."

"Overall a very nice meal in a comfortable, quiet, but well-decorated room. We particularly enjoyed the soft shell crab, which had just the right amount of crunchiness and spiciness. The sea bass was good but a bit bland. The starter list could include a few more salad items, although the beet and goat cheese salad was very good. The wine list was fairly extensive but could use a few more items in the $70-100 range. The idea of putting suggestions for good value wines at the top (I forget what you called this, but essentially it was an attempt at a single QPR for each page) was interesting - but I wonder how it is turning out - is it viewed as a substitute for a sommelier (for people who are too intimidated to speak with an expert)?"

"Stone Creek is always a wonderful experience. We have a beach house a few miles away, so it's a convienent spot for us! We have dined here many times last season and all winter!And we really enjoy the food. A little pricey, but worth it. My only issue is the annex dinning room. We have always dined in the main dining room, but the last 2 times we were seated in the "anex room" which I do not care for. It is like a renovated terrace/ garage and it takes a way from the dining experience. From now on, I will only reseve in the main, cozy dining room."

"I have eaten here many times over the years and it has never failed to deliver an excellent meal. However this time was no where near as good as the rest. Maybe it was because it was restaurant week or maybe it is because I have come to expect the perfect meal every time from here, but it missed the mark. The appetizer was great, the main course had a large line of gristle and was undercooked for what I asked for (medium as opposed to medium well). also the dishes were chipped, which i found odd for such a high end restaurant. The dessert was a blueberry lemon panna cotta but it tasted more like a perfumed hand soap. I hope that when I return there next time I am not disappointed or else I will have to find a new favorite place."

"We absolutely loved this restaurant. It was one of the finest we have been to. The staff was attendant, friendly and well versed in all of the foods and even the sides. The chef is amazing. All of our entrees were done to perfection and just so delicious. We are definately going to make this our special occasion restaurant and plan on going during all restaurant weeks! "Great food, great service and great ambiance. The only thing that ruined the evening was the manager. We ordered a bottle of wine that did not have a price listed and he came up with an extraordinary price for it. When we inquired as to how he came to his decision, he told us that he could get 4 1/2 glasses of wine out of every bottle, so of course he could charge us the price for 4 1/2 glasses. We are all workers in the wine industry so we know how much wine comes out of a bottle. Not only that, but he said when we own our own restaurant, we can do whatever we want. He simply did not care about making first time customers (who understand customer service) happy, nor did he care if we came back."

"Stone Creek is one of our favorite restaurants out here, and we love dining there. This visit was during Hamptons Restaurant Week. What a varied menu of choices for $27.95! We were a party of 3 and it was 3 courses so we tried 9 different dishes and each one was superb! They are also very accommodating to our dietary restrictions, letting us know, for example, that the asparagus, pea, mint soup did not have a chicken or beef stock. Looking forward to our next visit."

"We are regulars at Stone Creek and were disappointed in the Restaurant Week menu pricing in which a supposed $29.97 dinner included many dishes with supplemental charges ranging from $6 - $8 additional dollars.
Much worse was the overcooked pasta, red wine served in a small white wine glass, inedible bitter blood orange sorbet, inattentive bus boys, and the aloof attitude of both the hostess and wait staff.
We will not be going back any time soon."

"Service was fabulous. The valet actually asked ho w everything was an if we enjoyed ourselves. Server was great. Food was fantastic. Menu was very interesting and hard to choose as all looked so good. Bottle of wine was excellent an the wine glasses were fine crystal. I just would have liked the music a tad louder. An some more candles would gave made the scene even more beautiful. The bar area is gorgeous not sure why more people were not taki b v advantage of it. Im def going back to sit at the bar. Had not been in 8 years an I am not letting that happen again I loved it. A very special wed night out that was a exciting there as a sat night."

"We have had the great fortune to be able to go to Stone Creek ever since they opened.
This is one of those resturant that has just gotten better, not worse as some places when they get comfortable.
The food is a mix of old favorites- that you cant live with out and new interesting and contemporary food.
The staff is professional, but friendly and never ever snutty.
Phil greet you at the door- makes sure you are comfortable.
The Prix Fix is great and a reason why you can go more often then just for special occasions.
And dont forgett to look at the wonderful garden!"

"This was our 4th year in a row for Easter Dinner at Stone Creek. Fabulous place, great food, wonderful atmosphere. We had a party of six with only one minor "hiccup" on one shrimp pasta dish. Filet mignon was 5-star. Roast chicken a big hit. Only minor flaw was that the kitchen got backed up a bit on he timing of the entrees and the server could have been more attentive."

"This beautiful restaurant is certainly on of the best in the Hamptons. The ambiance and service are top notch. The French influenced cuisine is delicious, but I highly recommend you stick to those dishes. The American fare, such as the pork chop and steak, are mediocre bordering on poor. We were a party of 6 and the rabbit, lobster and scallops were all delicious entrees. However, the 2 steaks were dry and tough and the pork chop was inedible and had to be sent back."
