"Great meal in the North End off the beaten path. The food and service were outstanding and I would recommend to anyone interested in those attributes."

"We both had the seafood specials that were perfectly done and delicious with a beautiful presentation. We had reservations, were greeted by the host and taken right on time. We will definitely return and bring out of town guests who will love the atmosphere and authentic Italian food. Euno has something for everyone if you are going with a group - some unique and interesting entrees that food lovers would appreciate as well as the traditional choices such chicken parm that someone in the group might prefer. This was our first time at this restaurant but we eat in the North End often. We will definitely be back."

"We went for our anniversary dinner. It was a nice night and the front window was open so we could enjoy the people watching. This was our first time at Euno and we found the meal to be well prepared. The swordfish was very tender; at other times I've found it to be dry, my husband's veal chop was also well prepared and had great flavor.
The wine list was limited and the desserts were not as good as the meal itself."

"We hadn't tried Euno before but found it favorably reviewed on Open Table; we had colleagues from San Francisco and Boston with us and we were pleased. We had a little bit of trepidation as we went down the stairs (they are a bit steep) to the wine cellar, but had a comfortable table near the wine racks and conversation was possible despite the brick walls and charming vaulted brick ceiling. It was a little hard for our waiter to hear us at times as there was another large party downstairs, for example we ordered "arancini for five" and he brought the house special martini for five, but he readily remedied that little hiccup, dinners were accurate, and the arancini, Sangiovese, and main courses were delicious. We enjoyed it very much."

"We had a great meal. The caprese was delicious. Our entrées were both very good. There is an extensive list of Italian wines. The tiramisu was excellent - light and fluffy. Overall a great experience and we will be back the next time we are in town!"

"Based on the other reviews, we were very diapointed. I've had worse meals in the North End and I've had much, much better. There is no bar, so don't plan on meeting your party for drinks there ahead of time. And they have no liqour license, so it's pretty much beer and wine only (with some cordials). I had veal, it was really good, other people in my party had fish and seafood dishes that were really disapointing. Sausage appetizer was amazing, service was very good, the waiter was top notch."

"I arrived on time for my 7:00 reservation, but the manager had already given my table away to walk-ins, so I ended up not being seated for about 35 minutes. The food was quite good, but not enough to make up for the manager's mishandling of the reservation."

"One of the most incredible dinners we have ever had. Recommended by a friend during our one night stay in Boston. Food was perfectly prepared/presented and the service was superb. The Italian Tomato Buffalo Mozzarella salad was perfect with the basil oil and well aged balsamic vinegar. The lobster ravioli with scallops was an incredible blend of flavors was was the New Zealand top sirloin atop wild mushroom risotto with asparagus. An overall impressive evening that exceeded expectations."

"Euno is one of our favorite North End dining spots before a Celtics game. The atmosphere is cozy with a warm Tuscany feel. Richard and his wait staff are always attentive and knowledgable. Last night we shared the appetizer special of heirloom tomatoes with fresh mozzarella and drizzled pesto and each had the homemade lobster ravioli with scallops and asparagus. Both were truly awesome. We always look forward to our next culinary experience at Euno!"

"One of the best North End restaurants I have tried, and I have been to many of them! Service was superb even when it got frantically busy as we were ready to leave. The sauce on our homemade pasta dishes were clearly freshly made - the tomatoes tasted roasted, not plopped out of a can. I could taste each flavor in the sauce -- just the right amount of olive oil, fresh mozzarella chunks, tasty eggplant pieces and caramelized garlic. Even the Tiramisu was above average. Definitely worth a return trip!"

"Went to Euno prior to a sporting event; excellent service and attention without being bothersome. Richard was our host/server and was outstanding. He was mindful of our plans and made sure we stayed on schedule. He offered suggestions from drinks to dinner and was spot on with his choices. I would absolutely return to Euno for an enjoyable evening."

"As always, the food was quite good. Unfortunately, I was given the wrong dish and the server seemed to disappear from the time when he delivered it until it would have been cold, so I ate it anyway. It was good, it just wasn't what I wanted."

"I went to Euno Ristorante on a quiet weekday evening. There was an unexpected blizzard so travel to the North End meant I really wanted to get to this far away gem.
The food was incredible - I had the Osso Bucco and my friend, a vegetarian, had the Risotto. The food melted in your mouth. It was incredible. We were also celebrating some work achievements, the wine list at Euno is remarkable. They have several high end bottles if that is in your budget, but even the wines by the glass are DOCG (which I always take care to note).
In addition, the general manager Rich waited on us himself. He is very proactive (I've dined at Euno several time) - you can tell he is incredible passionate about the high caliber food and service."

"The food was substandard for the N. End of Boston.... The service was horrific. We waited and waited while our server shared all the details of his divorce with another table....our drinks and appetizers arrived separately....each time after a substantial wait time. The server's excuse was that they were training new staff....(we were there on a Saturday night). Who trains new staff on a Saturday night? Restaurant Management 101??? When I told the server to make sure that after the way the drinks and apps. were delivered that he make sure the entrees were served together. The entrees did come out together...but while my companions was warm...mine was cold. The topper...when the check arrived..there was no check in the folder!!"

"Had an excellent dining experience at Euno. Have eaten at many places in the North End over the years and often been disappointed for one reason or another. We had a lovely, romantic dinner at Euno and it is a pleasure to be somewhere where everyone takes such evident pride in all aspects of their restaurant."

"Walked in @ 7:00 PM after a long day at a trade show. Walked out around Midnight having had a tremendous dining experience and evening. Dino was great and kept us in fine wine and unbelievable food throughout the whole evening. I will return to Euno every time I am in Boston. One of the best meals/times I have had."

"Terrible all around experience & management did not care. Made a reservation for important business dinner for 10. I was told we would be in a private room. We showed up and they only had a table for six. There was no room to make more so we squished. Restaurant was too loud, food was too slow, meat was chewy, I had to request the waiter take a drink order. I asked the matre d what happened to my reservation and he rudely dismissed me. Overpriced bad food and awful service."

"Never fails...I have been to every restaurant in the North End at least a few times as I go out for dinner often but none compare to how Euno consistently puts together great food, service, ambiance, and location every time. Best North End restaurant for many reasons."

"Some menu items were better than others. Zuppa di pesce was the best dish ordered. The salmon dish was well prepared, but came with no sauce and too small of portions on the accompanying sides. The puttanesca sauce was amateur and did not come together in a palettable way - the garlic was undercooked & dominated, too many capers and an overbundance of olives that were kept mostly whole. The pasta itself, though, was cooked perfectly "al dente". I tasted the lobster ravioli & did not like it. Call me a purist, but fish in a creamy sauce mostly doesn't work. The appetizers were decent, but they might try a new twist on the caprese salad for the winter months by roasting the bland tomatoes & draw out their hidden flavors."

"We had an early 1000 point table reservation, so the restaurant was really quiet when we got there. Despite that, they sat us right next to the front door, so we were freezing the entire time (myself and the woman dining next to me had our coats on by the time dinner arrived). Our waiter was hovering over us in the beginning, but once the restaurant got crowded, he essentially ignored us. He never asked if we wanted another drink (we would have), whether or not we wanted dessert or coffee (which we probably would have), and my husband had to find the manager to get our check after being ignored for almost 20 minutes. Despite that, the waiter never over to us to apologize or make sure our food was ok. Very disappointing experience."

"Went for a special trip to Boston from NH for a Valentines dinner only to be disappointed by the food. The reviews I read were motivation to go. We were VERY disappointed with the food. Our appetizer and wine were decent but our entree and dessert left us feeling sad and feeling as though we made a poor choice. Another couple attempted to come in to be seated and were turned away due to the late hour and we couldn't help but feel this saved them from an unappetizing meal but also saved them money. Our server was wonderful and that's all that was wonderful about it besides my superb company. Will not go again, ever."

"Amazing choice in the North End. Quiet, casual place but the food knocks it out of the park! Recommend that diners eat family style and share all delicious options. Don't miss the Dolce Sausage Euno. And pay close attention to the daily specials; we have yet to be disappointed with the fresh, creative dishes presented. This was our third visit, and each time it gets better and better. And do not hesitate to ask for a wine recommendation... the owner has a fantastic cellar featuring new and old world vintages. A true dining pleasure."
