"We went there for the first time April 20, 2013. I had made reservations and was taken back promply. The people walking in with out a reservation had a 45 min wait. Staff was very nice and service was prompt, friendly. The food was very tasty and seasoned well. The restraunt was very busy, but not too loud. Lots of families and large parties. At least 2 people stopped by and aksed if we were enjoying our meal. We did and ended with a very large dessert that we shared. I wouldn't hesitate to go back and try something else. They also sell fresh fish that you can take home and cook yourself. All in all, a very enjoyable experience."

"Wasnt really impressed by the limited Lunch Menu. My Halibut was cooked fine and the green beans were wonderful, Lobster Bisque was a little on the tomato tart side and the supposed iced tea wasnt really iced and was very cloudy. Only great part was the chocolate cake for dessert. Couldnt finish it all but will tonite!

"We have loved Mitchell's ever since it opened. It is our "go to" restraint for special occasions and to meet friends. We are fortunate to live near our Mitchell's and enjoy their brunch, lunch and dinners. Also celebrated my mothers 95th birthday in their party room. We really like the variety on the menu and the wine list. Their staff is top notch."

"Our daughter suggested Mitchell's for her birthday dinner with the family. She and her husband had been there before but none of the rest of us had. I made reservations online and that was very easy to do. So when we got there we walked right to our table. Everything from the waiter, the appetizer, the bread, the main courses and the desserts were outstanding. I think we all licked our plates clean!!! The waiter brought a piece of cake for my daughter and a long stemmed rose in honor of her birthday. All in all it was a great experience and I cannot wait to go back again. Thank you!"

"Any of the Cameron Mitchell's restaraunts are fantastic. This vist the food was not nearly as good or consistent as usual. My lobster bisque had seperated and was oily. The temperature was also luke warm. My fish, sea bass, was a bit undercooked and had a slightly "fishy" taste. I suspect it was not as fresh as I would expect at the Fish Market. Service was adequate, but again, not the normal Mitchell's standard.
I know this was an exception to the food quality, preperation and service normally found at any of his locations."

"The service at Mitchell's was outstanding!
The food was very good however the portions on some items were rather small.
2 members of my party had King Crab legs and were bought by weight and the quantity was exactly what was expected. My wife had Lobster Tails and she received what she ordered. My granddaughter ordered the beef fillet with crabmeant and I was dissappointed in how little crabmeat there was. My three other grandchildren had "kids" meals and these were actaully better than what I had thought they would be. I ordered the Yellow Tail tuna and when I received it, I thought it was rather small!
The food was very good however the portions on some items were rather small.

"Excellent food and service. The wait staff always has a smile and make sure that everything is satisfactory. My water glass was never empty. The complimentary bread basket is fantastic. We will continue to frequent Mitchell's while we live in the Lansing Area."

"The food was phenomenal! The atmosphere was exactly what we were looking for- romantic and quiet. The only thing that made me upset was that we had reservations for 8:00 and didn't get seated until 8:30 (we had to ask, because they were seating people who came in after us)."

"We had dinner reservations at 5:30 for our daughters 21st birthday. While driving 1 1/2 hours to meet her for dinner we realized we were not going to make it due to freeway accident, I called Mitchells and spoke to Keith who said they would accommodate us when we arrived. We arrived at 6:15pm, to a very busy and packed lobby, they wasted no time getting us seated...at a nice booth as we requested! Thank you so much for accomodating us. This is my 4th visit and each time I am never disappointed."
