"My family took me to Blue Moon on Mother's Day for brunch. We started with an order of doughnuts (most did not like them) and scones (one order of chocolate chip and the other had a raspberry glaze on it). Everyone agreed the scones were delicious. Some of our party ordered the eggs benedict with ham (which was a little spicy) and others with smoked salmon, both were yummy. We will definitely be back."

"We were very excited for our return to Blue Moon since last summer it left quite an impression on my husband and me. We arrived during the Tasting Tuesday special but did not want to participate. We like to order a la carte from the menu and already had an idea of what we wanted. The server did not seem happy about our choice. I was confused and asked if we could order from the regular menu and he seemed a bit annoyed. The energy in the dining room was great. I loved the pace of dinner. It really allowed us to relax. We ordered a bottle of wine early to be enjoyed with our entrees, so it sat off to the side on the ledge. Our server, not once, came to pour our wine for us. Although it was very busy, I was disappointed we were neglected."

"We booked dinner here based on the earlier reviews we read. We were not disappointed. The service was wonderful, but the food was just plain crazy good! My husband said it was the best meal he has ever had, high praise indeed. It was a little noisy and not very private, but the rooms were full of fresh flowers and great lighting. All in all a wonderful way to spend our 20th."

"I don't need to write much more than to say that this was the first restaurant I thought of when selecting a place to take my sister and brother-in-law for their 25th anniversary. The food is consistently excellent with ample portions and beautifully prepared and presented. The wine list is extensive and also top-notch (and not too crazy pricey). The staff is almost always spot on, and even if it is a bit weak it's still better than just about anyone, anywhere.
I've been coming to the Blue Moon for about 25 years myself and expect to do so for another 25!"

"Very friendly service, congenial and attractive restaurant. My venison tartare appetizer was not great unfortunately, though I applaud the chef for trying it. The other ingredients besides the meat overpowered the subtle flavor of the venison, which may actually not be a great choice for tartare treatment. My dining partner's oyster appetizer was excellent, however. A nice Prosecco on the wine list. I'd recommend but with care in food selection."

"Great little fun and upscale restaurant in Rehobeth...part of the lively bar scene but dinner rivals the best that we have here in DC...They start out with warm brioche rolls-AMAZING! Duck breast was lean and perfectly cooked-Rockfish was moist and plentiful and the sides that came plated with both entrees were perfect.Service was quietly friendly and attentive.Wines were reasonably priced....we had no desert, even though there were several tempting ones,but did order cappucinos. WARNING****We got the bill and were shocked and outraged that the cappucinos were $8each! As we left I told the maitre'd how fabulous the meal was but how out of line the coffees were and he said the Ritz Carlton charges that-

"Easter brunch at the Blue Moon--what could be better? The place was filled to the brim with Easter diners, although our reservation had us seated on time. Service was friendly and professional, although a bit slow [likely due to the place being so incredibly full]. The brunch menu had so many temptations, it was hard to narrow down. My steak and eggs were prepared well and delicious. My dining companion loved the Eggs Benedict version served that day--with Capicola as the meat on the eggs [an usual twist]. The salted carmel donut was good--although not quite as fantastic as described by our eager waitress. As usual, champagne pours--as all drinks at the Moon was outstanding. If only the weather had been as great as our brunch!"

"went on recommendation from a friend and wasn't disappointed. service was attentive although waitress could have smiled...at least once. we did a $22 brunch that was totally a la carte, waffles with marscapone cheese and eggs bene w smoked salmon. a bit pricey but would definitely return for another lunch or dinner."

"This place is amazing! You have to have reservations but it is worth it! The waiter was awesome, made sure we were doing ok without being intrusive. The beer selection was great, the wine / mixed drinks selection was better. I ordered a Rogue Ales Yellow Snow IPA which turned out to be the last one that the waiter literally had to dig around to find it, which I really appreciated! We will be back! Oh and the Drag show at the bar is very entertaining!"

"I was thrilled to share one of my favorite dining experiences with friends from Paris France. I am never disappointed and the brunch selections were perfection. Always a friendly staff to make us feel welcome while we enjoy Chef Lion’s master creations. The Maryland crab scramble was mouth watering.
