Buca di Beppo serves authentic Italian cuisine in an eclectic, vintage setting. Our dishes are served family-style, meant to be shared by everyone at the table. Two sizes are available: BUCA SMALL feeds up to two and BUCA LARGE feeds up to four. "When we asked our grandson where he wanted to go for his birthday dinner he chose Buca di Beppo because he'd heard the food was good, although none of us had ever dined there. We liked the atmosphere as soon as we walked in and were greeted by very friendly staff who explained the food is served family-style. I was a little nervous, being the only gluten-free person in our group, about sharing a meal with my husband and grandson. I was very impressed with how accomodating they were, even to the point of serving one of the canoles as just filling in a bowl for me!
The food was amazing and the staff were all friendly and efficient. None of us had any idea when we walked in that we were about to have such a fantastic dining experience!"

"I always love the food here, the service is usually a hit or miss. This time our waitress was very great. We tried a few new dishes and loved them. My 4 year old twins loved the food too and they are very picky eaters. Am looking forward to dining here again, and will again make a reservation."

"For a place that serves family-style food, their seating arrangements are lousy. We had a party of 9 - 7 adults, 2 kids. The table was against the wall - which isn't a problem in and of itself, however, you could not escape if you sat in the middle against the wall. Very tight seating... beyond 'intimate.'
The food was good. I liked the Chicken Saltimbocca (everything is better with bacon/prosciutto!) Spaghetti was meh...
The service was SLOW... slow to take our order, very slow to get our food. The beverage service was nearly absent.
I know it was a busy Saturday holiday weekend (Easter) but really?"

"Brought my daughter in for her birthday celebration. In my experience, restaurants regularly supply a birthday dessert of some kind (even a scoop of ice cream with candle)for the birthday person. So, I was taken by surprise that all she received was the song and a large candle on a candlestick. We ended up ordering her a dessert.
Perhaps that could be made clearer so that there is no surprise/disappointment. This is not the type of conversation that is necessarily appropriate in front of the birthday person."

"Great food, Huge portions served "family style". A "small" dish feeds 2-4 people, "Large" feeds 4-6. probably not a good choice for a couple, but for 3 or more it's great! My wife, 14 yr old son and I ordered a salad, fettucini alfredo and a chicken dish. We were stuffed, and have enough leftovers for the 3 of us to feast another night. The garlic bread wasn't that good; stick with their plain (free) bread."

"Everything was great! Even though we were a few minutes late for our reservation (so sorry!) we were seated quickly and greeted within a couple minutes. Our server was attentive and friendly, and kept the bread coming (I do enjoy my bread...). Only mishap was that the wrong pasta was brought to our table, however, it was corrected quickly when we got the attention of our server, and the correct pasta was brought out in just a few minutes, which was a pleasant surprise! Overall, no complaints, and will be happy to return."

That's why I think there was some confusion when I arrived on Saturday (Steven Fong) I didn't notice this until I got home that I accidently booked the wrong day.
