Shula's Steak House is located at the Promenade Shops at Saucon Valley and across the street from the top-rated Center Valley Golf Links. Fine dining occurs amongst a virtual museum of the 1972 Miami Dolphins 17-0 perfect season, the NFL's only unbeaten season. An elegant atmosphere decorated with game balls & pictures of that perfect season, Shula's serves the biggest and best. All steaks are SHULA CUT, Premium Black Angus Beef, including the signature 48 ounce steak.

"It goes without saying that the steaks at Shula's are excellent.
I took my wife there for Mother's Day and she ordered the Prime Rib with Yorkshire Pudding. It wasn't until the meal was brought to the table that the waitress informed her that they were out of Yorkshire Pudding. That was the primary reason my wife picked the Prime Rib instead of a different cut.
The waitress and manager were very apologetic and the manager did bring my wife a free glass of wine.
This is not a cheap restaurant but you know that going in. Overall a great dining experience and excellent food."

"I've been to Shula's the past two Sundays, first with only my wife, then the following week with my wife, three kids (ages 9,13,16) and my father. It doesn't matter if you only have TWO people or SIX people at your table, you ALWAYS get the BEST DINING EXPERIENCE & SERVICE!! Shannon was our Waitress and she was absolutely the BEST SERVER!! The food was cooked to PERFECTION and the side dishes will easily feed three people. Scott the MANAGER came to our table both times to check on the service and see if it met our expectations. This is a HIGH END dining experience, so plan on spending some money. Lunch for 2 was $205.00 with the tip and lunch for SIX came to $390.00 with the tip. A+++++++++++++++ on all levels!!"

"My family and I went to Shula's in order to celebrate a special occasion. When we were seated, we were in a large room with no empty tables. The noise level was such that we virtually had to shout to be heard. We asked if we could be re-seated, and were told that no other tables were available. For a family of five, each person ordering one steak and one "side", plus one bottle of wine ONLY, the final bill was $360. That cost really seemed excessive for the amount of food and questionable ambience. However, the steaks were all cooked to perfection, and the sides were delicious. Still, I don't think I'm going back anytime soon. Just too expensive and loud to really enjoy a "special" meal."

"Stopped here for lunch after the first round of the Patriot League Men's Golf Championship. Excellent lunch. Burgers were great, along with the caesar salad. "Took the hubby here for his birthday. He is a big steak guy, I rarely eat red meat however you can't go to Shula's if you aren't getting steak. I thought my NY strip was really good, and the presentation was nice. It's al a carte, so all sides etc are separately priced. The sides didn't wow me, and the steaks are $40+. Service was 'practiced' and acceptable. Would I go back? Probably not."

The meat was juicy, tender and full of flavor. The porterhouse was one of the best yet. Chopped tomato and mozzarella salad is by far my most favorite salad anywhere. The balsamic dressing is rich and the basil is so fresh

"Shula's was everything we expected it to be and more! The steaks were melt-in-your-mouth and the crab macaroni and cheese was delicious. The wine by the glass prices were a bit outrageous, though. The carrot cake dessert was heavenly with a rich rum sauce swirled on the plate. Definitely not your mother's carrot cake. Very romantic atmosphere, although the bar crowd was a bit boisterous. Overall, the perfect place for a special occasion or event...but keep in mind that you'll dig deep into your pockets to pay for it!"

"Have enjoyed steaks in many restaurants nationwide, including many high-end steakhouses, but the 22 oz Cowboy ranks up there with the best of them. Seared on the outside, and cooked to the right amount on the inside and every bite was flavorful and delectable. The string beans in soy sauce and orange was a different take and cooked to a wonderful crisp-tender. The crab mac and cheese was creamy and fresh. Started with the fresh and light tomato/mozzarella salad and ending with the decadent seven-layer chocolate cake surrounded the steak dinner, making for a exquisite dining experience."

"While I would recommend Shula's it would be with reservation. We were a party of 6. Four of the party were well satisfied however there were two of us . . . I ordered 8oz oscar filet medium. There is no question it was overcooked--dry as well as the crabmeat on top. Another one of our party ordered the T-bone steak medium. The one side was done perfect the other side was more than a little pink. The manager did offer to replace the two platters which the offered admittedly was turned down due to time. Our reservation was for 6 and we were just being served at 7:30--we had a time commitment afterward--but when you are paying the prices you are the food should be prepared right the first time. Won't be as excited to go there again."

"Excellent food. Our server was less than interested in taking care of us but, luckily another wait staff, Sarah, saved the service and ended up taking excellent care of us. If it had not been for her, I 'm not sure I would return but, I will give them another try for sure... Don't miss this steak.."

"We came here on restaurant week since it was the only time we felt we could afford it. We celebrated my birthday and the staff made me feel so special. From the piping hot bread to the delicious steaks this place is top notch and we will definately go back."

"We have been to Shula's on most special occasions. This time it was very disappointing. Our server was not that good. We asked what type of beer they had and we were told alot. We asked if there was a list and there was not, nor did she attempt to find out. May I suggest you put it on the I Pad that the wine list was on. I asked for a drink which I have had there several times and she came back and asked me what was in it? really a shocker...so we looked it up on our Iphone and took it into the bartender. It wasn't good and it was also not served in the correct glass. The food was very good as to be expected. We sat in the back room aside of the bar and honestly we felt like we were in the training room."

"This venue was selected from three others for a very special Birthday and disappointed. The Head Waiter was sullen and forgot our requests , he slopped water over my wife as he filled her glass and no apology. There was no Managers wish or special Birthday entree or even a mention from the Facility and to be honest we felt ignored and the manager visited every other table except ours and lingered with those he obviously knew. for $400 plus a nice tip just not worth our time and we will visit The Melt which do make a habit of making each guest feel special."

"My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our 1st visit to Shula's starting from our first drink at the bar and ending with dessert. The service was outstanding and the wait staff is exceptional. The appetizer, steak and side dishes are all to die for. The best meal I have ever had."

"This was our second visit to Shula's at the Center Valley Promenade. The quality of the food and the service was 1st class and everyone there was committed to our outstanding dining experience. I am moving to Bermuda in a few weeks; however, on my trips back I hope to make Shula's one of my go-to restaurants."

"I went to Shula's for my birthday with other family members. Everything was perfect. The food was excellent and the service was superb. The members of our group had steak and one had scallops and everything was done to our liking. The side dishes were very tasty and the apple cobbler for dessert was wonderful. I would reccommend Shula's to everyone."

"We are made to feel very welcomed and valued at Shula's from the minute we approach the door to our final fair wells. Our food and drinks are brought to us in a relaxed but timely manor.
