"We went to celebrate Mother's Day on Saturday night with our 89 year old mother - 12 people. 2 vegetarians, 1 on special diet, 1 diabetic and 2 very picky eaters. Morton's was an excellent choice! The diabetic needed to be fed right away and the house chop salad was brought out within minutes even before drink orders or water! Food was served to all with no mistakes. The wait staff was attentive but not overwhelming. We were not rushed and spent a leisurely 3 1/2 hours dining. Overall a Very Good experience."

"The final price just was simply over the top. At some point the experience is just not worth the price. We had that experience. We were seated too near the kitchen door, my steak was a little too well done for medium rare (didn't send it back cuz I was getting full and my son volunteered to eat it), the molten cake was hardly molten, mac and cheese too cheesy. That said, Beatrice was attentive and helpful. We were seeking an alternative to Ruth's Chris for a change of pace but I don't think this will be it."

"We eat out a lot and once every 2 weeks or so we need red meat. Since becoming part of Landry's, Morton's has gone from being a place we look forward to visiting to a place for the McDonald's crowd. Menus look like Houston's and the servers are all kids. Our steak was cold, not cooked correctly, tough and had no flavor. The replacement steaks were equally bad. They tried to "flash" the original steaks to warm them up. Just made them worse. Management was slow to help and ineffective. Fortunately there are many other places you can go for steak in Miami. Unfortunately lots of people who eat out infrequently will think this place is great and they will stay in business. Goodbye Morton's we used to love"

"The food was excellent. It was very busy and the service could have been a bit better. Once the Managers starting coming around and asking everyone if things were good and they started helping it was much better. They were very accommodating. The desserts were to die for. My nephew could not stop talking about the carrot cake. He just wished he could eat more of it but was very full. We took it home and he is still eating eat. I thing is was a wonderful experience and definitly worth going back."

"When we entered the seating area there was a bad smell. The waiter said they had just brought out some oysters to a group upstairs, but the smell lingered during the meal. When being seated, there was what looked like a spoonfull of butter on one of the chairs and was almost sat on. Some of the items on the menu were not available such as Asperagas. One persons order was incorrect as they brought short ribs with noodles in lieu of the shortribs with scallops.
Overall for a high end restaurant, this should not have happened."
