"David was our waiter and he was excellent. We were given a great desert after he heard that we were celebrating our 15th anniversary. The food choices he recommended were better than we could imagine. We will definitely return!"

"The portions were rather small and did not include vegetables with the entrees. Most comparable restaurants give you enough to eat your fill and still have some for a modest doggie bag. My date and I left hungry and disappointed."

"The service was friendly and attentive, though not especially better than the service you can find at a similarly-classed, but less expensive restaurants.

Ambiance was fine as well, with dim, warm lighting and smooth jazz throughout. Patrons were very quiet, and it was a romantic setting. Attire is certainly business casual, as I found myself overdressed in a suit.

As far as the food's concerned, it was absolutely exceptional. I can highly recommend the perch and the rack of lamb, as well as the crème brûlée, which was the most remarkable dessert I have ever tasted.

With a three-course meal, drinks for two plus 20% tip, the total bill came to slightly over $140."

"Service was excellent, from the valet to the waiter. The food was amazing, you can really tell that the chef takes care to ensure all his dishes leave the kitchen ready to wow you. The sea scallops are amazing. The environment was very alive yet depending on where you sat could also be very romantic. The dress ranges from business casual to dressy so everyone fit in well. I can't wait to come back when its warm out and we can sit out on the patio.

P.S. When ordering desert, order the WHAM! Trust me you'll love it."

"We (my girlfriend and I) went on a Friday night at 8:15. We were one of 4 other tables in the restaurant, so it was exceptionally quiet. Our server, who was very informal, told us that it was much busier earlier, and substantially more noisy.

The food was good enough, although the menu descriptions seemed more compelling than the food itself. The calamari appetizer was underwhelming and served in a martini glass lined with paper, which seems like something you'd find at Applebee's.

For dinner, I had a filet with mushrooms and my girlfriend had duck. Both were good, not great. Wine list is small and pricey.

Dessert was awful. Bread pudding was microwaved and overcooked and had EXTREMELY sharp strands of caramel on top that cut my"

"My only real gripe with the place is that it felt a bit outdated. Everything from the light fixtures and carpet, to the art adorning the walls, to the CD that constantly kept skipping over the PA, felt like it hadn't been updated since the place opened in 1988. Otherwise, the food was excellent. The place could benefit greatly from a remodel."

"It was odd. I know that the economy was down but in the past this restaurant has been very busy. There were only 3 tables, one waiter and one buss. The waiter's suit had food stains and wasn't cleaned properly. The service he provided was good but the entire time was off. The food was good. I hope that this was an isolated incident and not a sign of a restaurant on the brink of closing."

"Very poor experience. Our waiter was one of the worst I've ever had. He was not only rushing us, he was making comments that left both my girlfriend and I feeling very put off. For instance, he commented about how much my girlfriend was eating implying that she was stuffing her face like a pig or something. He then proceeded to ask us if we were out for a special occasion, or if we were just slumming it. I was made to feel like we didn't belong there. . Our food was just ok. My girlfriend's short-ribs were slathered in so much bbq sauce that could have been picked up at any dollar store, It ruined the dish. When we mentioned that to the waiter he agreed and said that that was his problem with the dish. He made no attempt to appologize."

"The food was fabulous! The only real problem we had with our experience at The Rattlesnake Club was with the service we received by our waiter. He seemed distracted and oblivious to our wishes. He was not professional, as would be expected at a restaurant of this caliber. We will go back again to use a gift certificate we have, and certainly hope we do not get the same type of service. A small issue with the wine list. We wanted to share a bottle of wine and they are depleting their stock and had little to offer. However,we did enjoy the bottle we ordered. The Happy Anniversary dessert they gave us, was wonderful!"
