"I have been to many steak houses around the nation, but I have yet to find a better tasting steak than at Ruth Chris. Perfectly cooked and seasoned. This time I had a Porterhouse for ONE and despite the huge size (40 oz.) the steak was cooked and prepared to perfection. Service is just simply awesome and very professional. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a truly special dining experience."

"I like to Eat at Ruth's Chris steak house whenever I get an opportunity to whether in town or out of town. Food is always consistent. The waitress we had was awesome. "Dinner was wonderful........everything except the 16 oz. N.Y. strip steak that we ordered to be cooked "medium". It was tough, dry and very disappointing. It was nowhere near the quality that was expected.
The other dishes, Ruth's Chris chopped salad, stuffed mushrooms, the vegetable plate consisting of broiled tomato, spinach au gratin and sweet potato casserole (the best in the world) were excellent. Our waitress, Jen, was one of the nicest and most efficient ever. We told this to the manager and we hope that she will be recognized and rewarded by the organization."

"It was our first time at Ruth's Chris in West Palm Beach but certainly won't be our last time. My wife and I both had steaks (Filet and Ribeye). Both were perfectly cooked and served with melted butter on sizzling plates. Great cuts that were simply delicious. Although the wait staff were a little bit unattentive, it did not detract from the food. In City Place, we were able to walk off our meal and do a little shopping at the same time."

"We were at this restaurant a month ago, and it was very good. This time it was awful. First of all the room was very cold; about 60 degrees. What's up with that??? Upon being seated, no one came to wait on us. Finally I got up and sought out our server. He apologized and took our drink order. But then the drinks did not arrive. Then a different server came over. When the drinks finally arrived they were weak. We ordered the filet, medium. When we were finally served the filet was not medium, it was very rare. We sent it back. Two minutes later it was re-served to us, and AGAIN it was rare and had to be sent back again. In my opinion, this is inexcusable at a steak house restaurant. We will not return, and not recommend."

"My wife and I rarely get the chance to have a quiet, fancy dinner together, so it's nice to know that Ruth's Chris Steak House won't let us down. Our last visit in March 2013 was simply phenomenal, even better than usual. I had the filet, which was perfect (thank you for knowing how to cook a steak "medium"), and their delicious Caesar salad. My wife had the stuffed chicken. Generally speaking, of course, ordering chicken in a high-end steakhouse should be frowned upon, but it was really, really good. Throw in some sides, a tasty cheesecake dessert, and Jennifer -- who was such a fantastic waitress that my wife insisted on calling the manager over to say so -- and you've got a night to remember."

"This was our first trip to a Ruth's Chris, and we were very pleased. Everything from the service to the food was on point. We ordered from the prix fixe menu within the main menu, and were pleasantly surprised with the quantity of food. The "individual" side was big enough to share, and the dessert was the perfect size (not hideously huge, like some restaurants). The only flaw in the evening was when we were being led to our table, which was to be on the "second" level. Host staff should have asked if this was acceptable before taking us to the bottom of the stairs (just because someone looks able-bodied, doesn't always mean they are). We definitely look forward to dining here again."

"I had the steak and shrimp which is always great; companion had the same, another had the trout which was also very good. Starter salads also great, we all shared, mashed potatoes, brussels sprouts, creamed spinach and mushrooms which were all great. Chocolate brownie dessert was fabulous."

"We ate at 2 different Ruth Chris restaurants recently and this one is the better one - even though I'd expect them to be the same. We had tickets to the Kravis Theatre, which is across the street, and the waiters took note and were attentive which enabled us to leave in time for the performance. All of the food was very good to excellent and the portions were generous. Restaurant is lovely, too. We will return in the future."

"We went with another couple because we had tickets to a special film at the Kravitz Center, across the street from Ruth's. The place is beautiful and we had great service. We got the prix fix dinner. My wife had the small filet and I had the boneless Rib Eye. They were very lean and cooked to perfection. She couldn't finish her salad, and we should have split it. The desert that came with it was awesome. I think of all the steak houses in the area, this is the best."

"We have been to this restaurant many times and this latest visit was one of the best restaurant experiences we've ever had. Our waiter Norm was perfect, solicitous and warm. He made a wonderful wine recommendation. We were there for a friend's 87th birthday and he made her feel so special with a quiet singing of Happy Birthday and took pictures of us with his camera and presented all three of us with copies at meal's end. The food is always perfect and we look forward to going back soon."
